I found Zen by accident as I was walking around downtown. I was so thrilled to have a place that was so welcoming and full of happiness. I have been a member for quite awhile and will continue.

I love every instructor and class that ZEN has to offer. Sarah is such a beautiful soul and her energy is contagious. The studio is a gem in the downtown core. If you are looking for a good workout, I highly suggest any of the classes.Spin + Yoga + Barre are my go to's!

This studio is a refreshing addition to the Nanaimo fitness scene. The classes are top level, the instructors are experienced, knowledgeable and fun, and they are located downtown where there has always been a need for spin, yoga, pilates and strength training! I also have to mention the child care component - I simply couldn't go without this option. I am so, so grateful to Sarah and her team for making fitness within my reach again as a new Mom who likes to work hard and play hard!
