Canada kitchens is a great place for your kitchen cabinet needs. In terms of quality, all cabinets were solid wood and plywood construction, my clients loved them. The designer was very helpful in terms of design, even if there were multiple changes, she was happy to help with refining to my client’s needs. Although there was a small fee for design, the design was excellent and I would definitely recommend this company for anyone trying to build an excellent kitchen.

You still have totally rip me off, I sent back to you people defect parts for the boxes you said you will not warranty but will replace the parts and in your last email to us you said you will now not send us parts back. Your warranty is fake. I also believe google should investigate into your new reviews. Its funny you had no reviews until I posted one and now you have 9 reviews since. Something fishy here. I will see you in court. And the new the reviews in Concord Ontario are here on this business in Calgary. So are they real and live in Ontario & Calgary

After buying their product which cost me 8,044.22 plus shipping of approximately 600. We started assembling the cabinets. It was product defect after defect, so I stopped the assembly after the 4th one and contacted the company. We sent them photos and ask for a refund on the entire order as I would not sell them to my customer. They demanded us to open every box and inspect them all. At first, I said no, as the first 4 had defects including warped doors and frames that were scuffed and patched with a black marker to try and hide. They insisted us to open all boxes, so we did and had to send them more photos of defects and we found a ton. They then said wrap it up and send them back for a refund, but they would not take the 4 we assembled but said return the defective parts and we will replace them. After months went by, we finally received a refund for 3,230.50 and now they will not send me the replacement parts as they said it was part of the refund, they gave us back. So long said I’m out 4,813.72 plus approximately 600 for the first shipment and another 600 to send them back. It took 3 of my staff’s time for 3.5 days plus countless emails, so let’s add that loss as well, now we have 4 boxes with now doors, which cost me well over 8,000 dollars that I lost. Take my advice as I’m a professional in the industry and I have never seen that many warped doors and defects in my entire career of 42 years. We have emails and photos to back this up.

DESIGN = EXECUTION. This is the Canada Kitchen way of business. Tommy and Leslie treat your kitchen as if it was for their own home. Attention to detail, quality product, and unfair prices (for them!). They were more than accomodating and flexible with install dates, touch-ups, and fixing drawers and cabinets that weren't shutting properly. HARDWOOD CABINETS AND ROCK BOTTOM PRICES. What more can you ask for? 3 out of 3 Kitchens were done 10 out of 10. See you again soon.
