Very happy with the work of the CertaPro painters! They were very friendly, timely and cautious of ensuring our pets stayed safe/inside! They did an awesome job painting, were quick and thorough and even helped us to fix a spot of drywall that needed repair prior to painting. We had one room that was jet black with epoxy all over the walls that they were able to transform into a light grey, beautiful space! Highly recommend!

Painted the exterior of my house and garden shed, both have vinyl siding. The end product was good, but had a couple of hiccups during the painting process. Everything was corrected in a timely manor. I am very pleased with the final outcome.

CertaPro provided a competitive price and showed up to do the work when they said they would. They did a great job and I would gladly have them do work for me again. Id definitely recommend them highly.

Certa Pro made getting my new Condo painted easy and painless. i dealt mostly with office manager Cora who was lovely, attentive and available for all my questions and needs. We recently had the full main floor of our home painted as part of a full renovation. The service and support from Certapro was excellent, from the initial quote to the planning and color selections to the operational scheduling and finally to the actual painting.The quote from Joseph was accurate and modular enough to allow us to fully understand the details and value of the work. The advice from Kathryn on colors and decorating was extremely helpful in enabling us to visualize the final product.Further, Cara was very flexible in accommodating a seemingly endless series of scheduling changes. Finally our painter Brian was outstanding. He was always focused on 3 things: quality, customer satisfaction and responsiveness. We have no hesitation in endorsing the work of Certapro, with no reservations.

Update: (Photo 4) After this review Kevin and his crew were out within 2 business days. They attempted corrected the errors and explained the crew who did the original work was let go, and they were sorry it took so long. Kevin and he warranty crew take the brunt of the disappointment from dissatisfied customers very well so he does a great job from the client side. Down side though, after all their work we still found gaps where our old paint is showing through. Perhaps wooden shingles aren't their specialty, but our brick looks great. Wouldn't recommend, but I'm happy for those who had a great experience with this company.Original: (Photos 1-3) We hired Certa Pro to complete exterior work on our house back on Sept. 23, 2021 and our experience with them has been anything but pleasant. When the crew left and I returned home from work, there were paint chips left all over the yard and driveway which were suppose to be cleaned up, and we also had spots between our siding where the paint didn't penetrate so you could still see the old paint color underneath. We contacted the company immediately and were informed the issues would be corrected. On September 28th I requested someone from their office come out to look at the issues which didn't happen until October 7th.The second crew that came out indicated the shingles expand and contract with the heat so that was the issue when the first crew completed the house. We were informed this would be corrected under their warranty. A crew came back and touched things up but they couldn't complete everything because the weather turned. On June 24, 2022 I contacted the company again (within their one-year warranty window) with the outstanding issue and was informed by Joe Poirier We have a few people in front of you for warranty but it will be taken care of this season (2022)" ... no response the entire summer so I followed up again on Oct. 20th

The entire experience with CertaPro was excellent. They are professionals who do high quality work, on time.They transformed worn, shabby decks into clean, attractive entertainment/relaxing areas for us and our house guests. I highly recommend them.

Kevin was a dream to work with. He was on time, efficient, paid close attention to detail and was a genuinely kind man. He worked quietly and professionally and was accommodating to our daily schedule when we had to change the arrival time for one of his days last minute.
