Pilot Coffee Roasters is one of my absolute favs for coffee blends. Whether it’s take home bags or in store sipping, you can’t go wrong. My favourite by far is their Academy Blend. It taste unique and unlike others I’ve had before. The only miss for me are their bar drinks. I’ve had a cortado a few times it could’ve been better.

underwhelming. staff was great. the drink my daughter got was very very bland. we asked to make the drink less bland and it was still bland. my coffee was okay. not made to my expectations. i asked for my drink to be hot. it was luke warm.

Really consistent, and their coffee tastes pretty balanced. They make a pretty good flat white, but don't have many food options if that's what your after. I really like their coffee beans here and always buy them for my home brew in the morning !

2022.02.08 The first coffee stop today was at PILOT. I am very impressed with the place. The setup, decor, equipment, coffee variety, and service 5*. The coffee equipments are state of the art. Excellent. It was entertaining to watch all the barrista practicing how to identify coffee blends by smelling a coffee sample from a tube sample. I think the place is unique. Job well done Team Pilot. I had two coffee Americanos... one with Heritage Blend, and one was a Kenyan blend.

Loved everything about this place. Friendly staff and cool interior design with plenty of seating spaces. I tried their cappuccino and blueberry scone and they both were fresh and delicious!

Really loved this location! The drinks and the baked goods are really fresh and absolutely scrumptious in the mornings. Great place to go early in the day, as the place is so spacious and has a lot of sunlight seeping through the windows. Really a vibe!

We got mocca and croissant. They didnt have the a microwave (or any other gadget for that matter) to warm up the croissant hence -1 star. Mocca was decent.

Decent matcha latte. I was impressed by the amount of matcha which I definitely recommended for any matcha lovers. Lots of snacks and pastry. Lots of space to sit and work as well
