Limey, The British Shop

Great service and prices, delicious authentic British options. Don't be afraid to try something new! I was here on the 26th of September, and I told the gal I'd let her know how I liked my sticky pudding and custard. Super yummy, thank you for recommending the custard, it really added to the pudding!

A great shop stocking all my favourite things! Wonderful staff and I love the board where you can add a 'wish list' of things we'd like to see stocked! Very responsive to customers and great customer service! This shop is a valuable, much needed addition to the city; here's to all things British!

Nice store with a good range of items but was unhappy to get home and find a full price product that was past it's best before" date and was definitely no longer at it's best. I will check more carefully next time."

We recently visited Victoria, BC, Canada where our main objective for the visit was to find British goodies as where we live in Washington State doesn't haven't very much to choose from.Limey's didn't disappoint!As soon as we walked through the door what a wonderful surprise, we were in our corner shop back home in Blighty. All those feelings came back, the array of goods is astounding. Everything you could hanker for including goodies from Marks and Spencer.We could have stayed there all day chatting to Karen and making piles on the counter to take back with us.We can't wait to come back.Thank you Limey's!Elaine and Peter

When I visited the UK I had to buy a suitcase to bring home all my favorite treats. I'm so glad I found Limey that's just a short ferry ride away. They are happy to hold items for me and even cheerfully try to get the items I really miss. Unlike mail order Limey food is fresh and yummy. I just love them

Limey’s is a fantastic and authentic British shop and I as a Brit living in Victoria (but missing home) I love recommending them to anyone - fellow Brit or otherwise! There’s a great mix of sweet and savoury foods from the UK, and they always have new stuff stocked up from home. I love taking home the sausage rolls they sell too. Prices are super reasonable compared to the alternatives and they have stuff you can buy either the change in your pocket. If they don’t have it, they have request board that you can ask for things to be imported. It’s amazing what you don’t remember from home until you see it here! The staff are super friendly and the store is clean and modern too, so all around a great experience to recommend!

We loved our visit to the Limey.Every single person was lovely, helpful and attentive. And, the store was clean, well laid out and easy to navigate.We grabbed some crisps, and made some new friends, and can't wait to go back for some mushy peas.
