Newly built location. Went there because I had a craving for some fast food. Like everywhere else these days, the size of the chicken sandwiches was downsized, but it tasted good at least. This location isn't the best, very hard to get into and parking lot was small and challenging to navigate. The restaurant allowed homeless people to enter with outside food while turning a blind eye. This alone ruin our lunch experience. I only leave honest reviews, unfortunately this didn't do it for me.

Whopper is good and huge, they have vegetarian whopper. Also, I like their Jalapeno cheesy bites. Yummy

Yesterday i went to this burger king around closing time, because i was craving a whopper.The guy serving was happy to help me with my order and he let me know about all the deals over there as-well.The food was delicious and fresh too.Overall a good experience.Will definitely go again.

I tried Chicken nuggets and fries, taste was good.Hygiene and cleanliness of the place is poor.Managers don't know how to treat their employees and customers.

No complaints. Maybe a bit of a delay with the drive through orders when they first opened but now everything is great. The burgers look and taste freshly made and aren't served squished or soggy like at some other chains. Get the Whopper

The worst burger king we've been to. I don't expect much because it's quick takeout but if you go inside to order, prepare to wait 15 minutes to order than an additional 45 minutes before you're given your food. If you order through the drive through, be prepared to have your order shoved at you so quickly you barely have time to put your drink down and of course, it's missing items that I paid extra for.I also got food poisoning from here.0/10 do not recommend.

Staff is really rude. We used the drive thru. We were craving for poutine and asked the staff to make the fries fresh and was being told that fries will take 10 minutes. I said i go to other locations too and it takes only 5 minutes. The girl did not listen and rudely replied me to drive up. At the window, i again asked why it takes too long (As there was not even a single car in the whole plaza) she said WE HAVE OTHER ORDERS ALSO…. Like wow… u r doing good with customer sevice man!! Although i work in food court and i know fresh fries won’t take longer than 3 minutes. Moreover, we specially asked for salt and pepper in the bag and did not get any. Won’t recommend this location.

Worst location! Came threw ordered 2 whopper meals with onion rings and pouting added 2 sides of jalapeño cheddar bites whole order was cold and food that's been sitting for who knows how long the jalapeño bites were sitting for so long the filling inside was dried up, the onion rings were cold and limp the burgers were cold and the lettuce was welted to the bun absolutely disgusting and the girl at the window says she's only allowed to give 2 ketchup packets? So 2 small packets for 2 meals with 2 additional sides but only allowed 2 packs of ketchup,Please don't waste your money here go to any other location

I went to this place because my kids (who are now in their 30s) used to come and I vividly remember how they loved the food. When I was in Australia recently I even looked for it (called Hungry Jacks) and the food tasted as it was 3 decades ago. However in this Glendale branch I noticed that the sauce was different (more like a mayonnaise not the orangey colour ) I used to get. The burger was lukewarm, when its advertised as a flaming grilled burgers. Its maybe grilled but left standing and warm up in the microwave. I ran to the washroom literally after 20 mins. The place was not busy (1pm ish); but the staff was not very attentive and seemed indifferent, except for one male worker. I was so excited to see the burger king close to my place, but after this experience I don't think i want to come back again at least not in this branch. Maybe i will try the other branch and hope that they will have freshly grilled burger and friendly staff.
