Wow. Wow. Wow. Such amazing service from Jody, Bob, Kirby & Braeden. We had a king size Murphy Bed delivered and installed in Manitoulin Island. Above and beyond. Kirby and Braeden were consummate professionals, and installed the bed on an uneven floor with aplomb. Looks great and the mattress is sooo comfortable. The mechanism is even smoother than our previous queen bed we had purchased from them last year. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Recommend highly.

From showroom to installation, we had a wonderful, hassle-free experience with Beds Off the Wall. Jody was very professional friendly, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. The bed and side cabinets we chose are solid and reflect craftsmanship of high standard. We also bought the mattress there and find it is super comfortable.The installers (Kirby & Brady) were real pros! They had a great attitude, were very personable and made sure that everything was perfect before they left.We could not be more pleased with the service and furniture. We just finished installing our Murphy bed and sofa purchased from Beds Off The Wall. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We dealt with both Jody and Bob over the course of initial consultation through to purchase, pickup, self-installation (make sure your screw gun has an extension bit!) and one minor follow up. Throughout the process, communications (email and in person) were clear, quick and helpful. Particularly impressive was the fast response to replace a part that had some minor cosmetic damage. I bought a wall bed in June 2021 and it’s great and all but their email communication could be greatly improved. Either their tone is off or they make you feel stupid for your email inquiries…

We bought 2 Murphy beds for our new condo. This was a significant decision for us as we were downsizing considerably, and we didn't want to compromise on comfort or sleep quality in our much smaller bedrooms! We purchased a queen that flips up into a loveseat, and a special order king that flips up into a desk...Yes! A king in a condo! The quality of the furniture is outstanding!
