Used this service for a 9 day trip in March 2023. Price was excellent and so was the service. Shuttle was quick both getting me to the airport and return, friendly staff, kept in touch with me during the entire drop off and pick up process with clear directions and had my car warm and ready for me on return. It's a few minutes further away from other park n fly spots but well worth the extra couple of minutes! Will definitely use this service again!

Bought a week pass but due to covid our trip was cancelled. Sky view was not going to honour the pass however, the owner reached out and after a few conversations with the staff they honoured it in the end. Very happy they were able to do the right thing. I have deleted my previous post as this company reacted and addressed the issueThank you!

Absolutely stunned by the driver who picked us up at the Calgary Airport at 11:30 pm on July 4, 2023. My husband was carrying our sleeping toddler so I singlehandedly loaded our 2 piece stroller, 2 suitcases, and backpack onto the shuttle while the driver just sat there, without so much as a hello. Other passengers actually got up to help me and we were all stunned by this driver's lack of civility or willingness to even let me pass him a bag. When we arrived at the cars to unload I was grateful again for the help of the other passengers while the driver didn't even open his mouth to so much as say goodnight to anyone. They are a few bucks cheaper than their competition, but I will never again use this company.

These guys were amazing. Customer service was great. Our driver carried our luggage in and out of the bus. The staff in the office were very efficient, polite and kind. They parked our car and when we landed our car was waiting for us upon arrival. We were so pleased with the service and asked if the driver could except tips. I'm surprised we were the only ones on our bus who tipped. I will use this service next time we fly again. I highly recommend them.

Amazing place to leave your vehicle while you travel. The employees are so kind and so helpful and they take all the stress out of getting to and from the airport. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. 11 days in Mazatlan cost me under $100 and they brought me my car warmed right to the office when I returned.

They claim the shuttle runs every 10 minutes but that’s not the case. They want to know the exact time of your arrival witch is difficult when you are travelling in winter weather from out of town. Flying back they texted me the night before telling me to text them when we landed. So I did then they wanted to know when we got are bags so I let them know. Then they wanted to know when we cleared customs so I texted when we were through. They told me they would be there in ten minutes so we waited inside for ten minutes then we got are bags and everything outside to be ready and ended up waiting another 15 minutes in winter weather. All the texting back and forth was a little frustrating when you are travelling with children when they could just run there shuttle every 10 minutes like they claimed. Price was decent though and the drivers were friendly and assisted with bags

Booked for our 3rd time. We love coming here as it is always cost effective. Gravel road kind of sucks with a car but not a huge deal to us whatsoever. Staff are good and usually we are in and out of there in 5 minutes or so. They communicate pick-up time via text with me and are always out waiting when we exit the airport. Every time I pick up my car it's parked right at the front and running to warm up and ready to go.5/5 stars as we really like this place, and continue to come back.***edit***The last time we parked there our car got scratched by something, it left a huge back scratch. Rest assured, Gary the owner was prompt and fixed this situation immediately and the result was good after. I appreciate their willingness to help and exceptional customer service. They also compensated us for our next visit there. For that, we will be back. Thanks!

Absolutely horrible service provided. During pick up all the ask you is to let them know when you have your baggage and claim that they will come at said gate in “8-10mins” the driver showed up 30 mins late and when we called to check in the excuse was that he was waiting in the waiting area and there was traffic. This is not my first time at the airport nor was there any traffic at all, it was free flowing with plenty of shuttles doing rounds.The way to get to the lots also is ver hidden with no visible signs. They have no system at all to provide a seamless service. It is poorly managed and they all blame each other for inaccuraciesReply: the email has been sent with proof of time.

Great service, very convenient. The car was warmed up and running upon the pick up. Friendly staff, and good communication. The free airport shuttle service is great. Will definitely use this service again in future.

I've used their service twice for my red-eye flights and so far the experience has been good. They are a few mins drive from the airport and there is also a short drive along a gravel road. I think the good price point and timely replies makes up for that, though. I will continue booking with them and hopefully the future experiences will be pleasant as well. :)
