Lady name Alena I think Today I go buy milk there 8 jug when I self check I ask the lady the working now 4.22 pm I can scan 1 jug I have 8 the very rouse talking I don’t care u have 8 scan 1 buy 1 I don’t know why the not have miner how to deal with customer I think need to check supervisor why the do like this

I thank the employees for risking their health to keep the store open. But there is an male indigenous staff member working there who is never friendly or helpful and is rude . He looks miserable and isn’t helpful, he needs better customer service training or skills. I’m indigenous myself and work in the utility field and I never treat customers like that.He was rude again, Friday June.16, 2023. No manners, no social skills. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful!

Before purchasing a Christmas log cake at Safeway Tyndall Square, I asked the bakery employee if there was jam in it as my family prefers icing only. She said there was. However, the baker heard my question and assured me that there was only whipped icing inside, no jam. Upon serving it, it actually did have jam in it and the icing was so sweet, it was almost inedible. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be buying any cakes from Safeway in the future.

This is the Safeway our grocery shopping place for the last many many years. The staff are great and the service is amazing.We don't shop as much now because the kids grown up and moved out.The staff are great, curteous, respectful, polite and helpful. Thank you for serving our community.
