Terrible company. They came and changed a meter i was having problems with and put in a new unit and took the old. The technician said there was no charge . received my bill the next month and had a $360 charge. Called customer service and they said thats the way it is. Why did they take the old one if i had paid for it?? Complete rip offs, distrusting company. Overpaid staff and monoply. Crooks
