Had a great experience with Chantel S.I'd never purchased renters insurance before and she helped me find all the information for my building, answered my many questions, and she worked quickly to get my policy approved even though there was a wildfire within 25k of my location.I feel safe knowing I'm covered if there's ever an issue.

I renewed my insurance on the phone with Trina in a very very busy hectic day. She was so flexible and she walked me through the steps although I had to take many calls but she kept calling me back based on my busy schedule and she taught me how to do everything online, which was my first time as I moved from the U.S. and the process here is completely different.She was extremely friendly and helpful and so strongly recommend doing business with her.

Amandeep Ferris is such a fabulous agent! I never have to think about my renewal as she calls & emails me well in advance of the due date, giving plenty of notice! Then I can respond at my convenience and she is so quick and polite! Love this process so much now!

Bought an insurance while still oversees; has been quite a pleasant and smooth experience! The rep, Chantel Smeysters, assigned to my case was fantastic! She was extremely responsive and quick, which made all the difference because of 12 hour time difference between our locations. Would recommend wholeheartedly! Great Job!

Westland insurance does not care one bit about their clients. I have 3 houses insured through Westland, as well as 2 vehicles. In the past I also had a business insured through Westland. I never once made a claim in over 10 years with them.I recently started a new business, and they refused to insure my new company, only because it was a new business.If that's how they treat their loyal customers, I'm done with them and moving everything to a new insurance company.
