If my pump fails or has an issue, Medtronic replaces it within the hour no matter what time of day it is. Perfect service.

Very difficult to deal with. tried to order numerous items for our interventional surgery suite and all they do is give you the run around. Setting up an account or trying to pay for an item is like pulling teeth and it seems there is a different department in charge of every single item, the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I am unsure how this company is making any money when the simple act of ordering and paying is made absolutely impossible. Do yourself a favor and try to get your medical equipment elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! I've had nothing but issues with my pump! The nurse they gave me never answers calls or helps. I wish I never went with Medtronic. Do your research before going with this company!! Trust me
