If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to cancel their service since Jan. 2020 and it took over a month for them to process this request and afterwards they stated that there is a credit on the account. I asked them to send me a refund as I do not need the credit on the account in March. Over a month later I receive nothing and no communication from them. In May I ask them again regarding the refund and now they say the manager Tina said that we do not give refunds and only keep the amount as a credit on the file" Hm I wonder why? because you're hoping I will come back as a customer? After this horrible customer service experience I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone."

I had an alarm system for my home. Guy came and did the installation in a quick and professional manner, even helped me with setting for our german sheppard. Overall pretty happy with everything.

We had our old alarm system swapped out for a new one by this company mostly because the pricing they gave was a lot better compared to what other companies were quoting. We just finished a big reno on our home, and the tech did a great job putting the new system in without doing any damage. The tech's name is Steve and he's nice guy, really professional and does good work. We are installing an intercom and camera system next week, which Steve does also so we requested for him to be our tech for that also.

Horrible response time. horrible customer service. When asked to speak to cancel service I am getting the run around. I been with them for over 5 years now and this how they treat their customer. Their price is same as the big guys but horrible horrible service. Their response time when something goes wrong in my business location is over 45 minutes !!! I do not recommend them for businesses or personal purposes. Asked to speak to manager said you can’t be cause they are not here. Asked for number was not provided any either. Candy in their customer service department does not know how to help her customer someone needs to give her customer service training again.

Great guys working here. Nothing crazy about the service everything was done quick and easy, but massive shout out given that they came out on one of the coldest days of the year so far.

Great service!!! I was getting ready to leave for vacation to the Grand Canyon and my alarm system started having problems. The guys here were super quick to schedule an appointment for me given my urgent situation. Came in a fixed everything up in a jiffy.

Had this company set up my alarm from my house. The installer's English wasn't the best, but after talking with him was able to set it up the way I wanted it. Other than that the price is fantastic, spent a couple weeks shopping around and in the long run this company gave me the best price.
