My Massage Therapy

1st time at the clinic.Darcie ( the owner) was kind enough to fit us in.We arrived and Inna pulled up a file that made no sense.Asked for ID and said the spelling on the file she pulled up was all wrong.Ended up she had the wrong file and still couldn't find usTold us to rebook and we were not impressedShe said... Oh well sorry.I asked for Darcie or Yvonne to come to the front and she wouldn't reply.We were upset that this was so messed up.I told Inna I'd call in the morning to speak with the owner. She again said sorry oh well.We left!Few minutes later Inna called and said she found the appointment but we had already left.She probably is an excellent therapist but her PC skill or lack of training needs much improvementDarcie ended up calling us to apologize.She had a talk with Inna and she called us back offering a on the house session.Just left us with a bad impression.

I have seen Kyle several times over the last few months & he is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at pinpointing areas of pain/inflammation. I've had nothing but positive experiences with each visit to My Massage. Kyle made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him & I have found the perfect fit for a massage therapist!

Great place! The decor is calming, relaxing, clean and modern. The safety of clients is clearly a priority. Location is great and tons of parking! I was happy to learn that they direct bill most insurance companies, which sets them apart from other massage therapy businesses I've used in the past. Thank you!

As soon as you walk in, the ambiance is warm and relaxing. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I've never had a negative experience here - all of the therapists are excellent. The facility is sparkling clean, which is especially important to me, not only at the present but at all times. The location is nice and convenient with a huge parking lot - you should have no trouble finding parking for your appointment at any time. I highly recommend this business to all of my family and friends. I have never been disappointed here.

Myofascial release, the session of which was conducted by Inna, got rid of the pain that tormented me for a month. She also gave advice on how to continue exercising at home to relieve tension and blocks in the body. I have been feeling great for 8 months now. And this is after only 1 visit. Inna's skillful hands, knowledge and practices that she constantly improves, work wonders!

Kyle is a gifted & intuitive therapist and healer. He treats you with such respect, kindness, and really intuitively understands where pain is and where you need work.I am extremely thankful to have come across such an amazing Healthcare professional.

My husband and I have been seeing the wonderful therapists at this clinic for many years.Although they have now moved to this new clinic my first visit was last week and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is not only that it is super easy to book online.I will never go anywhere else clients for lifeDarcie and Arlana and Randy keep up the good workUpdate**Today I saw Amy and I tell you this clinic just keeps getting better and better! What a wonderful personality to add to the already great group of massage therapists staffed here.

Amy was SUPER fantastic! What a great experience. The facility is so chic and clean and the website very easy to navigate. Booking an appointment online was easy and Amy was just great. So friendly and professional and she gave me one of the best massages that I have ever had. I brought my 16 year old as well and he is hooked and will be a client of Amy's forever (his words!) Now if only we could order her up on Skip the Dishes! :P We would be gold star status for sure!

I had a wonderful massage at this clinic. The therapist was amazing (5 stars). I was just disappointed that there was still a mandatory mask policy in the clinic when I dont need one at my Chiropractor, Physiotherapist or Dentist. I've always found massage therapists to be very knowledgable and often current on health issues. With the science turning on mask use, it was disapointing to see this clinic not very current. I would love to book again and have this clinic as my regular clinic once the mask policy has been lifted.
