I have been dealing with liberty tax for a few years now. Diane is amazing. I have a friend that is in a wheelchair that i take to see Diane to get her taxes done. It is hard for me to wheel her into Liberty so Diane does a curbside service for her. I don't know of anyone else that would do that. One year we were having a snowstorm and still Diane came to the car to see my friend. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my taxes done. I totally trust Diane.

Excellent service. Was very fast as well, I did three years of returns in under an hour. I recommend this location and it's great tax experts to everyone I know.

This review I'm doing is 22 days after I handed them my very very simple Information to do my tax return ..called them just now today January 11 , 2021 .Well they don't know who I am , they said they gonna look into it and call me back , now I'm not impressed or happy , a simple easy return can be done in minutes , specially using software , I don't care what they gonna say to me if they call me back which I doubt they will when they don't even know anything about my return . Or my nameMe thinks there up to no good run around , so I'm off to find another place who has decent reviews ..big zero .and as they say never again ..

I was supposed to have an appointment with this guy named Brian but he said I didn’t have any appointment although I got a confirmation email that I have an appointment at their location. Good thing Catherine was there to do my taxes. Brian doesnt respond back on emails too. Very unprofessional

Brian did an amazing job of ensuring my tax season went well. Everyone’s always a bit nervous around this time of year so it was great to have someone quick and efficient to make things easier.

Diane is pretty dope she has that outgoing personality which i believe is great to bond with the customers. Thanks to her i was able to get a good return cheers diane and stay safe

Had an awesome experience, I live in brantford and I even drove out there to get my taxes done and I have no complaints but a 5 Start recommendation!Had brian Do my taxes and he did an excellent job on them ! Highly recommend Liberty Tax !
