I’ve had a couple of interactions with this one specific cashier who always questions whether I’ve paid for an item my toddler brought from home.The first incident I let slide. My little one had a Kirkland apple sauce pouch with him during check out. She scanned all of my items and remarked about if I was going to let her scan the apple sauce pouch. I said it is from home and a different brand than what they carry in store.The second incident is a lot harder to dismiss. My little one had a board book in the cart with him. One of those touch and feel baby books. After scanning our items, she asked if I was going to let her scan the book. I replied by saying that it was from home and that I had no idea no frills sold baby books. She said oh yes, we have those over there, while pointing her chin towards an indiscriminate area of the store.Never have I ever seen a baby book being sold at this no frills.Management if you’re reading this feedback - kindly train your employees to have some basic level of critical thinking skills please. No need to accuse a mom of stealing when the items clearly aren’t from the store.

Great store! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Produce is great. Only thing that could be improved on is the True filter milk BAGS. Never have it thats frustrating!Overall great store.

The sign out front says show us the lower price and we will match it. The one time I tried to get a fair price on diapers the cashier said you have to be able to show me on some cupon page! So much for show us and we will match it! Diapers at Walmart were 5 dollars cheaper. I spend 300 a week minimum on groceries and ha e 7 kids it is important to save all I can! Does not seem to me like this owner cares about anything other than paying his bank account!

This store never seems to hold enough stock on the shelves for everyone that needs to use these locations. Always have to look at other stores in order to find what we're looking for. It's quite often a frustrating experience. The staff is great, but the options are limited.

Would give this place a negative score if I could. Worst grocery store in the world. When I get home I have to throw out some of what I bought ALL THE TIME because of mold or nastiness or broken packaging or expiration dates that are in a day or 2. Not to mention they never have anything in the store to purchase because they're always out of everything regardless of day or time. Don't even get me started on their covid safety protocols for carts. Like the part time kids who are busy on their phones or talking to friends and not disinfecting the carts (during covid). I love to swear but I hear the employees swearing and having convos in the aisles near older people and children which is uncalled for. Even sailors no when to keep the language clean. There is NOTHING good about this place. Stay far away from this place.

Yet another time when we came to pick up Flushfood order, and most of the items were not available. We drove there for almost half an hour to waste time and gas.They should be more responsible if they post something to make sure they have it.

This no frills is total garbage. Unfortunately here in Innisfil we have super limited options, but it's gotten to the point that it's worth the effort to drive somewhere else.First off, any flyer deals you see, don't expect them here. Not even a place on the shelves for them.Then there's the essentials. Don't plan on finding basic things like bread or milk, and if you do find milk, expect it to expire tomorrow.Double check your prices as things scan as things often have the wrong prices on shelves. And if you go back to address this, expect useless management that give you miserable attitude. Don't be surprised when on your next visit the tags haven't been fixed.This place needs an overhaul of management. Loblaws should be ashamed that this place operates under their umbrella.

Good prices, good service, open most holidays when nearby stores are closed. Fix any discrepancies with no issues, can't complain about this store.

Prices are way better than other places. The quality of the meat isn’t the best so I go somewhere else for that. I get all of my other groceries from No Frills tho
