I'm been going to this clinic for over 40 yrs. Started when Dr. CHARETTE and his team( Sylvie, a hygienist is still there ) was on the Laurier St. Outremont area.My daughters and my grandchildren are patients of Dr. Charette. We allways had great service. Different professional needs over the years. Allways Excellent service, very attentive, kind personel. Never had issues with insurance claims. I pay with ccard and they transmit claim to ins. I get reimbursed in 3-4 days.30 yrs ago my daughter needed braces, had a systematic paying plan to pay over 2 yrs.Very clean environment, high end technology. Very satisfied, I go twice a year min and allways have a excellent experience. I have recommended Dr Charette and his team to alot of my family and friends over the years.Keep up the good work!!

Stink and nasty environment, rusted tools coming from a seemingly new open pack and recommendation of extreme and unnecessary procedures. Do not go here no matter what. Absolutely disgusting business.To the person replying to comments: NO, I WILL NOT EMAIL YOU OR PROVIDE YOU FURTHER INFO, stop virtue signalling the public with fake PR. Just do better!

First took my daughter there as we moved to Montreal and Dr. Ania did the filling and sealant for her while Kim did the cleaning. The kid was happy about her shining teeth and she liked Ania and Kim.Half year later we came back for her regular check and clean, Mohamad Al Bazzal did the check for her and I found him very friendly and welcoming. And I had an appointment myself with Doctor Mohamad, first for a complete check, after which he showed me what treatment I needed. Nothing was hidden and the treatment went also very well.Plus my kid said she'd love to see the dentist cuz every time she can get some little freebies and she liked them all :)

I started going to Le Dentiste a few years ago when I had a dental emergency and they went out of their way to accommodate me; my dentist saw me the same evening. I had an abscess I was in so much pain and I was so relieved and shocked that I found a place willing to see me even though I wasn’t already a patient. Excellent dental services, and otherwise, very clean courteous environment, I love it! Wouldn’t change my dentist for the world. They’re an awesome team.

I felt comfortable going in and they walked me through a filling procedure step by step. They let me know ahead of time of the price of the procedure and didn't feel ripped off like most places. I'm glad to come here and continue all my procedures from now on

Had a great and fast service for my case.Had infection and major pain. Was in and out less than 20 minutes with xray done and quick look,with prescription. Very clean,people are super friendly. The assistant was supportive. Doc was fast. Just an amazing dentist office. I recommend 100%. Thank you!

I went here for a check up and was told I needed 7 fillings worth about $1700 but they could do a payment plan. I went for my first two or three fillings and when I went to set up the payment plan all of a sudden you needed a magical Desjardins credit card (nobody informed me of this until I had to pay). So I ended up having to pay everything right there, about $700 that I was totally unprepared for.To make things worse, the one filling they did was done poorly. A nerve was left exposed and they left this big ledge. I went to two more dentists at other clinics since then and found out I definitely do not have any cavities (the one they worked on here was one I knew about that my old dentist was monitoring for nearly a decade so they didn't lie about that one).After a year and a half or so since I came here I am finally getting the mistakes they made corrected at another clinic.Also, emphasizing the many other reviews here, the reception staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They love to gaslight you. Absolutely avoid this place. They will try and take every nickel and dime they can out of you.

Always professional and I always go back. They have a great welcoming staff, the hygenists are very helpful and do a great job ( Shirley, Saher and Liliane), and the dentist Marc I've know for over 30 years is always exceptional. Every person that I referred to them were quite satisfied.
