If you want the best meat in the city this is the place to go. She always has surprising new sausages in the display cabinet that I want to try, and her ground beef makes the BEST burgers I have ever made. If you call she will cut you special cuts of meat. If I want a good steak I buy it here. Definitely the place to get your meat

Brianna runs a business that does not just provide incredible sausages, rich bacon and fantastic service; but which embodies the lost old world charm of having a passionate butcher who goes out of her way to provide the exact cuts you wish in the way you want them prepared.She is a well spring of knowledge and is always cheerful and ready to help with suggestions and information.If you are passionate about good meat to make great food, you have to make the trek to Vessel Meats and talk to Brianna.The prices are not exorbitant, but also not cheap. I do feel that they are excellent value for the quality of meat and for access to someone with the customer first mindset that Brianna embodies.

Definitely love this place. Great products, great staff. Preorder some beef tongues and they are so fresh and delicious. Love the sausages there and the smoked bacon too. Can't wait to stop by on a Friday and have one of the sandwiches.

Leave the grocery store meats, and just buy from Vessel. Local shop, top quality product, unrivalled expertise, and people that just know meat, and the art of the butcher shop.Everything is always excellent here.

Froo froo butcher.Look if you have the luxury of a huge food budget and want to feel righteous in your meat eating this is a great place to shop.Me I have to make choices in my budget and paying double for a burger isn't one in willing to make.Honestly there are much better options not that far from this that have been serving the area with great quality and reasonably priced meats for decades. I will continue to use them as they don't look down their noses at their customers for wanting to be able to feed their family without taking a mortgage out for a steak.
