Bought a Nintendo switch for my daughter today, the sales associate was so helpful and knowledgeable, gave me lots of information and took the time to make my shopping experience great, don’t see that kind of service everywhere, thank you

Absolutely garbage customer service!Called regarding the PS5 and they advised I have to call back daily. I cal daily and get attitude that I am calling. I call and they have stock but won’t give me how many due to “security issues” but not to worry they have lots. 1.5 hours later I get there and they are sold out.

Store had 2 of the console in stock, would not sell as both were on hold for mall employees. Ordered online, in stock, cancelled. Not the first time they are holding product for friends/coworkers.

A pretty rough experience. The staff was kind of working but mostly being harassed by a mall kid who just wanted to chat and not do anything but. Store felt pretty messy and did not have a couple things in stock that I figured would be on the shelf easily.

This is a great place. If you need to find anything to do with recent day or slightly out of date games and consoles, this is the place for you. I have been going to GameStop for over 16-17 years now ever since I bought my PSP from them. Since then there service has been wonderful as well as the hard working workers at the desk and helping.

This location is god awful, staff is largely unhelpful unless you're about to pay. Outside of the games they basically only have merch for anime fans and it is just mainstream anime. The Country club location was always better they should have closed down woodgrove. In fact they should probably close it down anyways.

Hey there. I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for the awesome friendly service i received yesterday at the Gamestop in Nanaimo BC. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and all my questions were answered. The worker was able to find me a used copy of Zelda Links awakening (Which did not have a case or the original sleeve). they then went into the back and found me a case and even a factory sleeve. Even though my purchase was small i was treated very well. Great work Gamestop :).
