We had very large tree come down in a storm late on a Saturday night. I called CLC Sunday morning and they came out same day, provided a quote, and it was taken away 2 days later. Prompt, efficient service, excellent communication, and good value. Although I hope we never have a tree come down again in a storm, I wouldn't hesitate calling CLC again for that helping hand. 5/5

Your team, led by Dustin, was at my place on April 21st. They arrived promptly, set up quickly and efficiently, and were up and running in no time. They kept me informed as needed, and did the job perfectly - removing one tree, and trimming another large tree. The site was cleaned up as they went along, and I think they left the place better than when they arrived. All my interactions with the 4 members of the team were pleasant and respectful, and when explaining things they were clearly very knowledgeable. I was surprised how quiet they were, and learned that an electric (rather than gas) chainsaw was being used. They did all the chipping at one time, so it was only noisy for a short period of time. The team in the office were great as well. All communications were pleasant and informative. I appreciated the pre-appointment email that let me know what to expect.I will absolutely hire this company again, and have already recommended them to both my neighbours, as well as 3 other friends. I also mentioned them to my cousin in Alberta when we were talking - although I don't think Alberta is in their catchment area!I highly recommend CLC Tree Services. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, were knowledgeable and professional, kept me informed throughout, and were all really nice people to deal with! I am 100% satisfied!

During the first assessment Dustin took the time to explain how I should prioritize the work that needed to be done in my newly purchased older home.He educated me on what I was looking at and how it should be tackled. A very reasonable quote was quickly received.On the scheduled day, a large and enthusiastic crew showed up right on time and ready to tackle a long list in my very overgrown yard.Dustin checked in with me then the crew quickly got to work scaling trees, cleaning out and chopping down. I was amazed with how quickly the work was completed. The team all worked so well together and based on the big smiles on their faces and the laughs had, it’s obvious they all love their jobs.They work safely, communicate well and do an amazing job.Before leaving, Dustin and I did a quick walk around and he explained what was done and what to keep an eye out for. He spoke very highly of his team and of the company itself. CLC obviously treats their employees very well and ensure they have the tools and equipment needed to do their jobs as safely as possible.Will definitely have them back next year for phase 2.Kristine Rheault

The guys did a great job on getting the tree out safe and sound the guys are very polite and kind They will be back to take out the tree stump

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From my initial phone call to the office to the minute the team left our property they were all professional, courteous and so very customer service oriented!! The lady I talked to at the office returned my calls promptly, the owner even called me in the evening to discuss the job we needed done and sent a crew out the next morning! The team of guys that were here we're awesome! They all knew what they needed to do and they did it working as a team and communicating with us. They were very accommodating and did everything we asked. They cleaned up everything after they took the tree down and gave us a full explanation of why the tree could not be saved. I highly recommend this company. They all made an unfortunate incident into a manageable experience.

I had Dustin and Gunnar to my home to remove two trees. They were professional, in making sure I knew what they were doing to remove the trees. They were also tidy and efficient and they were very good about tge safety of themselves and the area around them. I will hire this company every time I need a tree service. Great people to work with!

We were very impressed with the service that the CLC crew provided. This was the second time we hired CLC for tree removal and to say they are organized, professional and courteous does not say nearly enough. Very efficient and professional. We had a bunch of cedars removed, it was done quickly and all the mess was cleaned up! Cree is very friendly and reasonably priced - I would recommend CLC to everyone!

From the beginning with the assistance of their trained arborist, we were able to make a plan to ensure the safety and health our large Norway maple that shades our backyard. Josh and his crew did an exceptional job at opening up the canopy and cabling the more dangerous leaning limbs. The shape or the tree and light coming through the canopy into the yard is excellent; more than I expected. I couldn't have asked for a more courteous and hardworking crew.
