Urgent Care Clinic

Terrible service. I went in with possible strep throat. I had tried two walk in clinics first but they did not have any doctors in on that Friday. I am currently without a family doctor. I waited 3.5 hours. The doctor sounded like he was on speed. I was supposed to get results of a throat swab on mydovetale but 4 days later I still didn't have results. Strep throat requires antibiotics.

Went in mid morning with possible broken ankle. Was admitted, x-rayed, seen by a doctor and released with a boot and crutches. All totaled 3 hrs...I'd say reasonable

Do not waste ur time ! Would rate it zero stars if I could.

If I could I would give this urgent care no stars. This is by far the worst Urgent care I’ve ever been to in Ontario. The staff is unprofessional, rude and like to talk to minorities in a condescending manner. When we went to check in the first nurse we spoke to was so rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. We needed help and she looked at me and said “not sure why you came, there’s not much we can do for your here” they refused to help my husband. The wait was 6 hours and & to make it worse they are understaff. The doctor came in and did nothing I requested something and she was dismissive and rude. If you want to be treated bad, with a long wait, and see a bunch of Karen’s then go here. They need to be shut down and I will be taking this further.

Very impressed with how this location is run. Very organized and sufficient. Everyone knows their duties and does so efficiently. X-rays were done prior to seeing dr which saves alot of wasted time and with times at urgent care. Was in and out under 2 hours for a broken bone. Specialist appointment made prior to leaving. So glad there is understanding quick and reliable urgent care staff. Keep up the great work here! May need to go over to the main location to train the management on routine check ups, very lax and unprofessional in the west end.

What an embarrassing time be a Canadian….. as somebody that lived in the US for years, worked building a number of our city healthcare facilities and having had the displeasure of watching various areas of the sector get gutted and go contract, I give up. Go ahead. Privatize. ANYTHING has to be better than this?!

I went in last night and got asulted by a nurse who didn't want to give me a covid test. I understand wanting to go home on a Friday night but it's never ok to abuse a patient. She rammed the swab so hard into my head that I bled for half an hour. 15 hours later and I still have a headache from her manhandling my face. It burns to breath. No one would give me her name. Everyone was covering for her. If you provide quality care then you shouldn't mind giving me your name. I will be reporting this. It's not ok to treat people like that. You took an oath and clearly you didn't mean it. You should not be working with the sick. I hope this is a life lesson you won't soon forget.

One of the best experiences I've recieved at an urgent care clinic!From the time I got in, to seeing the nurses and doctors I was treated kindly and professionally!Everyone took great care of my problem and I even had an awesome talk with the RN treating me, it was great!

We were in with 2 small children. The flow from registration, to triage to nurse to doctor was excellent. Thank you to the amazing group of healthcare professionals. We were in and out in 2 hours total.
