I called Ryan at Boughton's Pest Control about a wasp problem in my soffit. He came out the next morning and stayed until he knew the problem was under control. Great, friendly, prompt service all for a very good price. Highly recommended!

I called this company and within the hour he was there and got rid of my ants and wasps. He was very fast and efficient. Haven't had a problem with either since. Can't beat the price and the friendly quality service! Will use them again for sure!!!! Thanks again!! You were great!

We had bed bugs. Ryan was attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was quick to respond, and really prompt with replies to any questions I had.He suggested cutting tiny holes in the bottom membrane of our couches and box springs and sprayed them inside... It saved us having to replace stuff! I couldn't be happier. Do what this guy suggests and you'll be fine... Should we have other issues, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Boughton for ANY pest problem. Ryan was very professional. He contacted me to let me know he may be delayed but still arrived before the scheduled time. He went through everything he was doing and recommended suggestions that I could do on my own to help with my problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone else requiring pest control services.

I called to inquire about ticks. I received a call back shortly after I called.Ryan came by when he said he would. How refreshing! Quick response time, friendly service and helpful advice. Great pricing and knowledgeable about pests. Highly recommend. We have had numerous service firms attend to our home over the years. One of the best firms in the service industry in Winnipeg. This is the only firm I would call if you have pests in your yard.

Ryan was great, and now comes by our place 4 times a year (country living). Had issues with sow bugs, mice, millipedes, and the biggest wasp nest I've ever seen. No more issues since we found Boughtons Pest Control. He treated our crawl space, and was able to handle things in a safe way for our pets and kids.

I had found myself in a fairly immediate dire situation where a family of squirrels had gotten into my house and in my basement above the ceiling tiles. I had caught three but a fourth I could hear and was unable to get to it. I was already getting stressed and fearful and found Ryan on the internet. I contacted him and he was able to accommodate me within 2 days. When he arrived early already displaying great professionalism. When he entered my house, he took off his shoes to which I was further impressed. The first appointment was thorough and reassuring. He provided some live humane traps and even some mice bait traps. His fees were more than fair and reasonable. However, the kicker of this review and a testament to Ryan, his professionalism, his customer servicing and empathy was truly realized by me tonight at the writing of this review. I will try to condense the events. I heard objects falling in the basement and proceeded to investigate and staring at me perch on my fire place mantle was a squirrel. It was like a bad western. We stared at each other and my phone rang for me to go meet someone at the door. (Murphy's law). When I returned, the squirrel, of course, was gone. I immediately called and text Ryan. He called back right away sensing the urgency. I was a bit freaked out as this was a whole new experience for me. Ryan came over as soon as he could and stayed with me to try to find the squirrel. When giving me over 3 hours of his time with no success, he set up some traps, advised me of what to do as it was clear there was not much we could do at that point. I knew he could still hear and feel the stress, anxiety and fear in me. When he left, I went back downstairs to try to clean and further check more areas over again as I knew my rest would be robbed. Sure enough, I found the squirrel in the tightest of space. I called Ryan immediately and he immediately turned back around again and came back to help. We captured the squirrel humanely and kept another trap outside for the mom in hope of capturing it and relocating and reuniting it with her baby. I asked Ryan what I owed for service and he told me not to worry about it. WOW! It wasn't any payment I was concerned about as I would have happily paid. This entire chain of event that stressed me out so much, Ryan was there to calm me down and hold my hands through this matter on top of giving me his time unselfishly. Now I can clearly see why he has 5/5 stars on all his many reviews. I have never encountered such empathy and understanding in such volume and depth as I have with Ryan. I know this is a lengthy review but I would write on if I could. I did not even eat yet as I had to get this review out. Ryan Boughton deserves more than 5 stars on so many levels! Thank you, Ryan. I hope your company grows beyond all expectations because you deserve it all!PS. no more feeding the squirrels anymore...no matter how cute they are!Thank you again, Ryan.Update October 8 2019:We had a three day large volume rain period in Winnipeg and the following week saw a rat as big as my forearm in my yard. At first it was out in the yard area and haven't seen it since that one time but the other day say it brazenly come out during the day time and it freaked me out as I could swear it grew even more. I put out traps but no luck and finally called Ryan. He came out that same day and set up some new traps. He even check the mouse bait boxes and refilled them. With the unwanted mutant rat, he could only do so much and it becomes a wait and see situation which is more than understandable but the best thing about him among his professionalism and his business was that he was able to talk to you, tell you about his experiences, make you laugh and put you at ease, relieving your stress. Always 2 thumbs up and 5/5 stars.
