Pizza Salvatoré

Never again. After giving many chances always the same result. Random quality here and there:- when I started ordering there last year the main thing I liked about them was that there was some cheese on the pizza. Now there barely is any.- ordered a poutine with extra ham and extra cheese: almost no cheese- almost every time i order a pizza, it comes flattened. Looks like I am the last and every other box is placed on top of mine by the delivery person- when I am lucky, my order will arrive within an 1h 15mins (keep in mind they are 7 minutes away from my place)- they as for specific instrutions which are almost never followed

I've ordered many times from Salvatore, usually my wife will call in the order a couple hours before, and I'll pick it up on my way home, I enjoy their pizzas quality is good.Today, my wife ordered two pizzas ( one med meat lovers and a small all dressed) to be picked up at 5, when I got there the order was not ready, even tho my wife had already gotten the link telling her it was ready and waiting, the young lad at the counter wasn't telling me anything I kept seeing pizzas coming off the conveyor but none of them were for my order. Finally after 20 minutes of nobody telling me anything, I asked for the manager, he finally told me there was a mistake in the order and that it was being made now, finally after at least 35-45 minutes the pizza was ready, the young lad asked me how I was going to pay, even though it had already been paid in advance, I had to get my wife to text me her copy of the receipt to show it was paidOrder screw upNo communication from the counterAnother screw up at the cashI will be looking around for another pizza joint, that's to bad because these guys are on my way home so convenient

Great pizza, delicious poutine, great service, fast delivery... what else can you ask for? Pizza Salvatoré is pretty great overall and their Gaétan-Boucher Blvd in Saint-Hubert is amazing.

Since I got introduced to Pizza Salvatoré, I treat myself with the most delicious pizza in town. Fast delivery unless there is an issue which is normal, we all face issues from time to time (happened only once). I Recieved a call, an apology and a redeemable code. What more could I ask for.

Well. What a disappointment.We were really looking forward to having your pizza today, and after ordering online we were able to see that the pizza was ready. After AN HOUR the pizza was still on the counter waiting for delivery. This is the second time this has happened. We live 7 minutes away!!!After calling your restaurant, we spoke to a young man who seemed super disinterested in the fact that we were wondering what is up with our pizza chilling on the counter for an hour. He claimed that the pizza and poutine would taste okay" and that it wasn't a big deal.We have decided to cancel our order because there is no way we want cold and soggy pizza and poutine. The man told us that it would get to us in 20 minutes. After sitting there for an hour and a half. What kind of service is this?!I'll go to Fiori across the street."

This location smelled good before walking in, and even better once the door was open! Food is always hot and fresh here! The worker was very kind and this place is clean enough to eat off the counter..not that I would do so, just a figure of speech.

It's very convenient to order online and their website is easy to navigate.The fries were awful. Soggy and warm and bad taste.The thai chicken wings were great.The pizza was ok, but I got a hard piece of something strange in my mouth from the pizza. I hope it was just cartilage from the pepperoni and not someone's nail or a piece of tooth....

Great pizza and the kid at the counter was polite and smiling.Also the pizza was ready in about 10 minutes which I find quite fast. Good job!

Let me just start off by saying the pizzas here are all very tasty and I have never had any issues until this happened.Of course, I scraped those toppings off the box and enjoyed the 4 delicious pizzas that I ordered, but I am not happy that the box arrived like someone sat on it.I’mSorry that this is not my normal type of review, I just feel that in todays world, we should be trying a little harder. If I would have noticed this at the door, I would have refused it, but the cookie desert box was covering it.I’m still giving this a 3 star because the pizza was delicious and delivery was quick.

Even one it’s very generous, I ordered and after 2 min cancelled and they charged me 50$ for what ? If there is cancelation fee it should be 5$ or at least 10$ not 50$ .
