The Cellection iPhone & Ipad Repairs

This service was great. I shattered my screen at 8pm on a Friday night and it was fixed by 9pm. No joke. Cellection came right to my house in about 20 minutes and had my phone fixed & good as new in about 15. AND on top of that their price was cheaper than other websites I looked at by about 20$. The gentleman that arrived was very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! My iPhone and iPad screens were broken and I couldn't leave them on repair for a long time. I called them and immediately got an appointment. The service was fast, friendly and what I value the most, reliable. I totally recommend them!!!

Excellent service and attitude, the owner stands behind his product and his approach is very pleasant and polite. Had a cracked screen for a phone they don't carry, he was able to order it in right away and it was ready for repair next day. He was able to fix it in 60 mins and after he tested everything, I picked up the phone and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend if you need a quick professional service. They offer pick up and delivery during regular times too which is really handy.

I will never go to the apple store ever again after dealing with Moe and his team! My iphone x screen was not being responsive to touch even though it wasn’t broken.I contacted Moe right before closing time due to my long hour shifts I couldn’t reach out to him earlier in the day.I explained to him my emergency with my phone as my work relies on my phone with this pandemic. Moe was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to help fix my phone even though it was past hours of operation.Even after my screen got replaced I had to go back and fix it again and he was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule. Ive never experienced such an excellent customer service and quality work and if he sells phones i would deal with cellection anytime any day, you will not regret dealing with Moe and his team

I am amazed with The Cellection service and can’t help but to compare it to the Apple Store. I needed to replace my IPhoneX screen and they did it in 20 minutes and with a lifetime warranty at a very reasonable price compare to the Apple Store it took a week for an appoint. After quoting me $279 over the phone. When I went there during COVID I still had to wait in line while they informed me that I can loose some data and tried to sell me ICloud storage. And to top it off their price changed to $365 plus tax. The teck who was serving me was not apologetic and recommended that I upgrade my phone instead. I walked out. My advise is don’ t waist your time on the Apple store. Mo at The Cellection has great service and my phone looks brand new. Thank you Mo!

5 STARS!!! Outstanding service. Moe came to my house and my phone was fixed in no time. It was cracked, bent and the home button was all broken.Now it looks brand new. Cellection should be your first and last call if your cellphone needs to be prepared.

I was looking for a shop that was open during the COVID-19 pandemic to fix my iPhone 8+ screen and stumbled upon this shop via Google. I called them to ask for an appointment ASAP and they were able to give me one on the same day! When asked about the social distancing measures taken, they told me to call them when I would be in front of the shop and they would meet me at my car. Once arrived, they offered I could stay in my car and wait for the repair, as it would only take 15 min to do so. Fifteen minutes later, I received my fixed iPhone and proceeded with the payment from my car. I am 100% satisfied with their service, rapidity, friendliness, and the value of the repair!

On location service was an added bonus. Came to my home and repaired my phone within 15 minutes. Would gladly recommend them in the future. Needed my IPhone battery changed because it would keep dying non stop. Contacted Cellection and they got it done within 5 minutes. My phone is brand new again for a fraction of the price of a new one. Worth every penny. Great company and service! I recommend!
