I visited catoro on a weekday, so it's not that busy. The place was lovely! The cats are playful and super cute. There are toys to play with them, and it's sanitized every hour. I didn't try the bubble tea since it's not my cup of tea (got it?). Overall, a very pleasant experience and worth the money

At the time of visit, most of the data were pretty relaxed and would let you baby them, I love when cats will let you rub their chests and stomach, the staff were all friendly and you could tell they love working there and love the cats.That staff were wonderful, I messed up by booking and thinking I booked later, my booking ended at 2 but I thought it started then, I called a bit panicked but they had no problem moving me to the next avaliable slot (for 3).One of my friends was late but that wasn’t an issue. The cat forest is very enjoyable to be in, the dark green paint was very fantasy esk.I don’t know how close we were to max capacity, but it didn’t feel that crowded, and the amount of cat to go around felt abundant. I wish I could have given the feral cat some love, but I didn’t want to stress him out much.The white cat with tabby patches in the first photo was probably my favourite and if I was allowed to adopt I would want at least half of the current kitties.Thank you very much for the time!The ONLY Issue I have, is it feels a bit expensive, I don’t have an issue paying 18$ for an experience I haven’t had, and I won’t say I’m never coming back, but I will most likely save the visits for when friends are in town, opposed to just showing up whenever.I won’t knock the stars down for price though because I understand why it is that price, it’s just hard for me to justify the price per minute.If they let you stay longer during dead times for the same amount (or maybe discounted for the next hour) that could tempt me a little more!

This is a really professional, calm and lovely place. I was so impressed to hear they've helped 800+ cats find forever homes since 2019. Our host was very kind and knowledgeable. It's such a calming experience. It is well suited to people with anxiety and I appreciate that they set it up intentionally to be so welcoming. I would recommend visiting if you want to go pet cute cats!

Such nice cats here. And adoptable! Would hands down choose to adopt a kitty here, the staff are super commited and seem to really care about the kitties. So wholesome and sweet! Can't wait to come back.

I've been to Catoro Pets many times now, and I am very happy with my experience each time. Sometimes, it can feel a bit crowded when the time slot is fully booked (doesn't take away from the experience, though!), so I recommend going on a week day. There are always many cats around with different personalities to fit what you want out of your 50 minutes. Admission is high, but it is for sheltering the cats. I wish they had food options on their menu, like cookies or macarons! As an ex bobarista, I confidenly say that their bubble tea is delightful. The cafe and forest are always clean. You can tell the staff are passionate about their work. I love Catoro Cafe!

Adorable little cafe, most cats were super friendly and great with people. Bubble tea is also cheap if you book a visit to see the cats! All cats seem so well taken care of and are all up for adoption! They do amazing work over at Catoro.

Whenever I need a pick me up, I come here. I am glad to see that most of the kitties I saw last time were adopted. I m happy to see that this place got the funding it needs to stay open. The kitties deserve a good place to hangout and grow. I always have a very good time here. Always leaving with a smile. Staffs are friendly and informative on the rules. Place is clean and neat for the kitties.Note: place don’t pick up the cats. If a cat is sleeping, just let them sleep. Use your quiet inside voice so the kitties won’t be scared.
