I’ve had a blue microfiber couch and chair for about 15 years and have never had it cleaned. I wasn’t even sure if it could be saved! These guys came in and within an hour I have a new couch. The difference is phenomenal.The process and fast and though you can smell the cleaning product, it’s just as light as the cleaning product you would use to clean your kitchen or bathroom. It’s not offensive at all.I highly recommend this company. They were also very professional and friendly!10/10!!!!

I couldn't rate the results seeing that I was now scheduled 2 times and no one showed up !!!!!!! You take time of work and wait only to find out an hour after your appointment when I called that the truck broke that morning....oops we're sorry. The second time I was home, door open and my dog would bark if they showed up. I was accused of not being home....after a bit of a conversation oops, they had the wrong address....Then I was accussed of not picking up my phone when I was called....I received only ONE call 2 hours after my appointment. I took a picture of my screen so that I could send it to them. Unbelievable, 2 whole mornings waisted and the stain on my sofa still hasn't been taken care of.

Alain did a great job at our house. He was professional, on time and was very thorough. I would highly recommend them and Alain. He cleaned our sofa, chairs, and carpet on stairs in the basement. We appreciated how helpful and professional they are. We live in the Mount Royal area.

Stay away . We had booked 1 month and advance and got a quote . Come day of our appointment, they were supposed to show up at 3. By 4:30, no call, no one showed. We left a message and a “supervisor” called back to say they were experiencing “issues” with their scheduling system and that we were not the first clients today that this happened too (it happens, but if you know you call your customers no ?!) . I had taken a half day at that point from work to be there. Nonetheless, supervisor says he’ll reschedule for same week on Thursday for 3pm . HOWEVER, the price quoted (although all info pertaining to the quote were given) we were told that the price was 200$ more than what they had originally told us . Because of the problem with the schedule, they said they would take 75$ off of the higher price. Whatever .. at this point no choice we need to get the vents done . Come today (Thursday) an other half day off of work to be present … guess who never showed up and never called ? Them again ! Stay away ! They are unreliable, unprofessional and will probably close soon if they treat all customers like that ! How can you make money if you never show up ?!EDIT: And no mister Dery this is not a fake profile. The way you treat reviews must reflect the way you treat your employees and most probably explains why they do not show up. We spoke with Stephane who presented himself as a supervisor and to Sylvie your receptionist. Ill be more than happy to post the quote and the calls receipt from your company. Shame on you for not even apologizing.

Excellent work!Jeff and Julien came over to clean our duct and vent. It was the first time since we moved in 3 years ago. They were really professional and took their time to help me figure out how our ventilation system was working.It was clearly not their first time doing this kind of job. We could feel the difference when breathing as soon as they were done.I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service provided by Nicholas the technician that really went the extra mile in cleaning all the vents even those difficult to reach. I will definitely recommend them and I will use their services again.
