Every worker in this restaurant needs to be properly trained. I’ve been going there every day and every day there is a problem. If you ask for butter on your bagel they will give you clumps of butter. One time my whole bagel and the paper it was wrapped in was soaked in butter. A few times my cappuccino was NOT hot, I guess they don’t froth the milk to the point where it is hot. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo, and the mayo was leaking everywhere. Use a knife and spread your butter, cream cheese, mayo etc PROPERLY!!! And please make sure if you are making a hot cappuccino to properly froth the milk so it’s hot!

This is the fourth time I've come to this spot asking for a cherry stick donut and they said either have not heard of it or don't have it why would you advertise something if you don't have it never going to this place again

We ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps…neither had bacon. We also got soggy potato wedges. We ate it all anyways. 2 stars.

I ordered two ham and cheddar sandwiches and a chicken noodle soup.Both the sandwiches came without cheese and the soup had chopped up chunks of breaded chicken someone tried to take the breading off in it and I swear the soup had curry powder in it. I used to cook for a living I know what I’m tasting. Breaded chicken in soup is absolutely repulsive and a terrible idea and I don’t want curry chicken soup or I would ask for it. Not everyone loves curry. Just make chicken soup the way it’s supposed to be it’s chicken soup not rocket science.

Baljot cashier was super nice and very calm, and was very co operative. We had a huge order, he listened very carefully, was very patient and very kind. He was superr nice.

Skip the donuts especially the glazed ones. A tims trade secret is that they'll put water in the glaze to give the donuts a more 'neat appearance'. If I order a glazed donut I want to be able to taste it. Not a watered down version where I'm tasting just the cake of the donut.

absolute worst tim hortons in ontario. orders consistently wrong, terrible service, they dont even know how to make a bagel with cream cheese hahaha! never going back to this absolute dumpster.
