The process wasn't bad except for pain for a few days after the procedure. Unfortunately my FUT procedure failed . I now not only have a very bald head but I have a hideous scar on the back of my head that is stopping me from shaving my hair off and embracing my baldness. I was unaware of the risks from this procedure and I would not recommend a strip transplant to anyone. I strongly regret getting a hair transplant from this team, and am now looking for alternative solutions to get rid of my scar.

I had my transplant at sure hair one year ago, this clinic bring me very good experience, consultant and surgeon are responsible and knowledgeable. It’s a good place for hair loss solutions. I’m happy with my results after one year.

The density is good and my hairline looks natural. The transplant procedure at Sure Hair was life changing for me I got lots of compliments which helps build my confidence. The doctor and staff were excellent and I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a hair transplant.

After contemplating for a while I decided to go for it, and it was the best thing in boosting my self confidence. I just had my 5 month follow up and the doctor is amazed by my progress! Had excellent results with my transplant in November, staff were very courteous, professional and skilled. The hair is coming in with high density, and the hairline looks completely natural. Very happy with everything, and I feel like I look more like myself. Dr. Gupta and the team were great about following up with me, and I look forward to continuing to come to them for support in the future!

One of the worst mistakes of my life was getting FUE surgery here. Truly. The results are awful -- pitting, low density, crisscrossing hairs, multi grafts in the front, hairline too low. A catalogue of poor work.Beyond that is Dr. Gupta's demeanour and attitude, which are atrocious. He seems completely checked out, has disdain for patients and employees, and is generally impatient, unhelpful, and frankly, dishonest.I had 2 follow up appointments, and both times I raised concerns. Both times I was told everything was normal. I'm a layperson, and even I could tell something was wrong. Dr. Gupta's attitude during those follow ups was dismissive and rude.When I brought up the (obvious) pitting months after the op, he said he'd never seen it before. IN 20 YEARS. He later backtracked and dismissed it, along with my other concerns, and said most people just learn to live with it. I now know that's not the case. It's down to bad implantation, and he knows that.He was surly on the day of the surgery, and then basically disappeared after the injections. The staff were nice, but the work is really, really bad.Today I sought a second opinion from Dr. Rahal, and someone from his staff walked me through the various issues. I'll likely need two more surgeries to correct what Surehair has done. Oh and the staff member knew exactly what the pitting was, and how to fix it, or at least correct it. There will still be some visible scarring, so thanks for that, Surehair.I'm not suggesting this is the case for everyone, but it's been an absolutely terrible, stressful, and honestly regretful experience for me. I wish I hadn't had the surgery. Now I'm stuck in this loop of repair for at least a year and a half. It looks like I've had work done, which is the ultimate metric. My life is now deeply altered until I can get this fixed.I've been really shy about telling friends and family about the surgery, and I wasn't going to leave a review for that reason. But if it saves someone the agony of what I've been going through, so be it.EDIT: I posted this yesterday, and since then 3 new glowing reviews have popped up. The clinic is obviously either posting themselves, or reaching out to people to post, to try and bury my review. Petty stuff, and completely disingenuous.
