Technician Mike came to my home yesterday to repair the drivers side seat bolster on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire roadster. The finished job was just amazing, it looks brand new. You would never know it had been repaired.

It seems that every review is either 5-stars or 1-star. Mine is the latter, for the same reason as most of the other 1-star reviews - total lack of responsiveness. I met Blair at the Subaru dealership where he inspected my cracking leather seat (another 1-star review for Subaru upholstery is looming) - he explained the repair process and quoted me a price which I agreed to. I contacted him by email to schedule a second inspection so he could confirm the correct leather colour. And that was it - I never heard back from him. I tried to reach him by email and phone multiple times with no reply. I don't know if he's too busy or too disorganized or just can't be bothered to respond, even if it's just to say that he can't do the work. In the end I ordered an OEM seat cover from Subaru, which to be honest wasn't that much more expensive than his repair quote. He seems like a nice guy - if you want to use him I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Someone with keys in their pocket leaned on our leather couch and sliced open the back of a cushion. We contacted a few other local companies getting quotes and availability, and Fibrenew's team were the most responsive and helpful. Our children unfortunately made the problem worse before our appointment, and a small amount of the material itself was gone. However, the tech who came out was able to make it look nearly new! He was also: on time, exceptionally polite, and very aware of the tidiness of his work and workspace. I would easily recommend Fibrenew over any other local business!

Fibre new has always been there to help me with repairs. They do a fantastic job and often come to my rescue! Been dealing with them for about 20yrs, they have creative solutions for upholstery problems I run into. They are busy guys for this very reason, so advance notice and patience are appreciated from them.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of flexibility in negotiating the repair of my chaise lounge that their cleaning products clearly damaged. The chaise lounge was in excellent condition and only slightly soiled and after the cleaning, it was full of cracks ... Blair (the owner) refused to accept any responsibility for this!!! He gave me excuse after excuse as to why it was my fault ... e.g. the cracks were in the dye before and his cleaning products exposed this (which he neglected to inform me beforehand might occur) ... the cracks were covered by heavy soil (the chaise lounge had very little use and I only choose to clean it as I was moving to a brand new place) ... it wasn’t real leather but vinyl and they don’t repair that (despite his website clearly indicating that they do both leather and vinyl cleaning and repairs). In conclusion, I found Blair to be very unprofessional and Fibrenew does endorse customer satisfaction. I most definitely would not recommend using Fibrenew!!! Amy

Blair and team sewed a rip in my leather car seat as well as repaired the back of my leather recliner. The price was quite reasonable and the work was excellent. These guys are busy for a reason.

My Jaguar driver seat was getting pretty tired looking, Blair & Company brought it back to life! Thanks so much Blair, great job.
