Been going here for two years, they marked one of their labels wrong and banned me from going back. This place is laughably bad. I have seen the guy ban other people for no reason. Extremely toxic place to go, and smells like rotten milk, AVOID

I recently moved to this area from Ontario and have found this depannier very convenient and close by. The owner is a gentleman and very polite.  However a couple of days ago I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of his employees, a young man who was rude,  disrespectful and downright mean to me. He checked a lotto max ticket for me and I believed I had 3 of the numbers drawn which would have paid $5 and the last number of extra" which should have paid $2. When I expressed my surprise when the result showed no winner he began to shout at me that he was not lying. When I realized I had only 2 of the numbers and had made a mistake I apologized and admitted my mistake. Subsequently I asked for 2 tickets for the Tuesday night draw that night. He said there was no draw that night and I said I was surprised because in Ontario there is a draw on Tuesday nights as well as Friday.  He then realized he was wrong and said there was and probably because of a language difference started shouting at me once again saying that he told me 5 times that there was! Once again he yelled at me when I said "no encore" instead of "extra" ... I apologized and said "sorry I mean extra". He pointed to the door and indicated I should leave and said "don't buy here"! I pointed to my other purchases that I intended to pay for and left.  The next day I went back hoping that the owner was there and to report the behaviour of his employee who also was there and who proceeded to shout at me while I was explaining what had happened the day before. He accused me of being a liar and continued to barrage me while the owner just stood there and politely smiled at me the whole time not saying a word. I kept telling the young boy/man to be quiet while I was speaking to his boss. I asked him "are you not going to say anything in my defence?" and he finally spoke and said he would talk to him. Upon leaving the store I said that I was a senior citizen 73 years old and this was not the way to treat a customer! I have absolutely no idea why this young man directed his vile wrath upon me. As I said I am a 73 year old senior citizen and very patient

If you are able to go to another store do it. Interactions with this man there will ruin your day. He is beyond rude and disrespectful. I am a small pregnant woman and had been house bound for awhile, went in got what I needed fast and when I went to the cash he told me not to mess up his store. When I gave him the money all he said was OK Bye looking annoyed. Absolute MISERABLE human being, they don’t deserve your money. If I could give zero stars I would!

In terms of service to customers they are rude and doesn’t even put the things on the bag…I don’t know but they are probably just how they are , comes in genes , the workers are family.I guess u just come in and pay for your stuffs . That’s what they want , no talking , no friends friends, no servings …

Worst customer service ever. I call for a delivery and told them to call me when he's in front. The delivery guy call me and i could'nt hear him so i go outside to meet him. He started being mean qnd grumpy because i didn't answer and that my phone was broken. I told him how did i called and made a delivery. He agressively take my card and say how much tip. My order was 12$ so i said in my head i'm gonna tip him anyways even if he don't deserve it. I say 2$. He look at me agressively, throw my card at me and flip me off. Wow.

Worse costumer service ever. I bought milk and brought it home and opened it right away it was rotten, went back to ask for refund, I had the bill too and the elderly man was so rude and said he doesn't give refunds. The whole family there is extremely rude. Smells bad in there too.

Horrible human beings! Extremely rude. I had one too many bad experiences with the delivery man, who brought me the wrong order, then DEMANDING tip, REFUSING to leave my doorstep, and told us never to call again.This morning just saw the delivery man getting frustrated at an old man because he wasn’t putting in his PIN number quick enough.You people really need new staff, or to change your attitude.

The milk there is seldom old and disgusting. Bought milk there several times and it is quite a disgrace to see this lack of dignity.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Certain items are really overpriced.The big problem is the elder gentleman who is absolutely RUDE to all of his customers. Smashed my mom's box of pasta on the counter to the point it broke. Always seems to cause trouble with the customers. My whole family and I have stopped going there, I suggest you do too.DO NOT SUPPORT.Edit: My mother bought a carton of milk today, was 3 weeks past its expiry date and sour. They would not do an exchange or refund. Disgusting place and disgusting service. This place needs to close.

Most rude people you will ever find....use to buy for over 1,000.00 a month, had stuff delivered most of the time and pay by debit, $1.50 debit, $1.00 for delivery plus tip!We ordered a carton of cigarettes, waited almost 1.5 hrs, the wife still gave a tip of $2.00 and was told by the delivery guy very rudely to give a better tip the next time!!!I called the dep to complain, i explain what just happened, the guy on the phone started yelling at me and than said to never call again lolSo guess what, it's been over 3 months now and we haven't and will never call again.
