Had two windows and a sliding patio door installed last Friday - earlier than we expected as they'd finished up another job ahead of schedule and were able to slot us in. This was our 2nd time with Bayview Windows, having had a few windows replaced last year as well.Professional, courteous, and informative sales experience - all our questions were answered, and lead times given were honest & accurate. The installation team did a fantastic job as well - spent the time to get the sliding door smooth as can be, the trim work is excellent, and the cleanup meticulous. Professional installation of a quality product.We'll be back for our future window projects!

Bayview Windows installed a garden window for my mother. We are delighted with the result! Apart from supply chain issues beyond their control the installation went smoothly. The installers were polite, efficient and skilled.

We shopped around and decided to try bayview windows after being recommend here by a family friend. We needed to replace our old bay window in the kitchen. From the first meeting with the sales person Shawn we knew this was the place we were going to trust our business to. Another reason we chose Bayview is they carry northstar windows which are made in Canada. We got so many compliments on our bay window we decide to entrust them with the windows in the rest of our house and we were not disappointed. Windows are an investment so be prepared to shell out some cash but they will pay for themselves in the reduction of hydro bills due to heating costs. Today we had our front and side door upgraded and we were thrilled with the job Jody and Ben did. The owner Rob is very personable and easy to talk to and his boys David Shawn and Keith have all learned valuable business sense as this very much a Family business.if you are looking for new windows and doors for your home I would highly recommend Bayview windows.

Had our patio door replaced with regular door and window. Looks spectacular. Now my husband who is in a wheelchair can access our patio. The installers were professional, polite and very thorough. Although delivery was much longer than originally stated, it is a beautiful job at a competitive price.

Replaced a large old window in my living room. Initial contact gave excellent recommendations and helped design an ideal solution. The installers arrived exactly as scheduled and did fantastic work even though it was a bit difficult (2nd story out back with snow and ice on the ground). They also did a perfect job of cleanup. I'm extremely pleased and will not hesitate to call them again and recommend to friends

Top notch experience from the sales/ordering process to delivery and installation. They went through the best options for the replacement of all of our original (i.e. builder) windows in light of my application to the Canada Greener Homes Program and were able to clearly explain the potential rebates associated with the various window types. Despite some delays in ultimately getting the windows (which we fully expected given the supply chain issues), they kept us informed of the status throughout and were quick to schedule installation once the windows were received. The installers were friendly, professional and did a fabulous job putting the windows and patio door in (a second crew was even added one day to help speed up the process). The workmanship and attention to detail are remarkable, and it is clear that as employees of the company there is a sense of pride that doesn't exist when out-sourced installers are used. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend Bayview to anyone looking to purchase new doors/windows.

We used Bayview back in the winter of 2019 and again the spring of 2023. Both times the crews they sent couldn’t have been any better. Polite courteous and just all round great people. They left nomess and we are very happy with the job. We heard nothing but good feedback from the employees about their employer which is very rare these days. Good job Bayview!

I had 6 windows installed in April 2023. The installers were hardworking and very polite and cleaned up after each window was installed. They went above and beyond, oiled my front door handle and went up on my roof to nail down a piece of siding that had come off as a result of our past winter. The windows so far look great. I found the owner, Rob, very responsive. There was a small manufacturing defect at the bottom of one of the windows and he sent someone out the very next day to check all the windows and to order a replacement glass. The windows have not gone through a winter yet, but foam insulation was blown around each window and I am looking forward to a warmer house next winter and am enjoying the nice clear windows with no more cloudiness between the panes. They are North Star triple glazed, so a big improvement from my 1991 aluminum casement windows. I would not hesitate to recommend Bayview.

Average at best. Delayed weeks before installing and returning to finish and then to fix problems (hideous exterior caulking). Left interior trim that they installed unpainted which we eventually painted. Still waiting for their supplier Dell to replace a window that exploded in the cold of winter - more delays and date uncertainty. Poor communication. Absolutely would not use again.

We had all of our old farmhouse's windows replaced by Bayview and from start to finish, everyone was helpful and professional and communicated with us through the process. Everything was expertly done and left tidy. We love the look of the windows and are definitely appreciating our house staying warmer this winter! Highly recommend this company and would absolutely work with them again.
