I cannot say enough good things about Matt. He is VERY knowledgeable about properties in the North Shore, he is upfront and honest - so he will tell you if he thinks a property is not the right fit for you, and he is easily accessible and always eager to help. Matt helped me look for my first home for 1.5 years before we found the right one, and throughout the whole process he was positive, would ease my worries, and answer all of my questions/explain many things which were new to me.
