Its been more than a year driving up surrey. Every trip i stop here but this is the worst truckstop to get shower or use restroom. Zero cleaniness. Couldnt get a picture but never recommend anyone.

This place is horrid... I'm the last 6 months alone I've need around to see ot every day it's gone down hill so hard and so fast.... things broken either stay broken, get removed, or there's some home done jerry rigged patch job, things installed are done terribly.. NO Def... pumps work half the time at best or only one at any given time.This place needs new owners who actually care, or who are willing to run it properly. It doesnt deserve to carry the title of truck stop, doesn't even deserve to have a franchise name on the building. It's an embarrassment and the owners should be ashamed

I'm confused how this place stays open. Pumps not working, no coffee or cigarettes, a very poor selection of scratch tickets. Sani dump does not have water, no showers neither. Soooo you can buy pop or chips?!

Our preferred place to stop for gas and a bathroom break. Lots of pumps and it’s not near any Tim Hortons or McDonalds so it’s not flooded with people. Good selection of snack and drinks with a Burger King attached inside

I was hesitant to use this place given the reviews but saw they are under new management so wanted to give them a chance. I was given some excuse about the showers not being available and he didn’t know when they would be again. The worker did not speak in full sentences so it came across like he was making things up. He mentioned something about sewage issues, plumber coming.

The fuel pump is usually down for diesel. The showers are filthy. I spent more time cleaning it,than I did to shower. The bathrooms look like no one has cleaned them in a month. I don't think the floors have been cleaned for quite some time. There was a fire at the Burger King and they couldn't bother to wash the floors. I wouldn't recommend for a trucker considering they call it a truck stop.

Really disappointed to see there isn't any water tap outside. It's a standard feature in most cities and I don't want to buy a bottle of water just for my dog!

Great parking for commercial trucks. Lots of services available but let down by how dirty it is. Showers are hot and good water pressure. But it's the dirtiest truck stop I have had the displeasure of using. Dirty moldy shower curtains. The staff don't seem to care or know how to clean showers.

So like the hand sanitizers are empty, the heating is broken and the garbage full. The toilet didn't even flush... the floors are disgusting and don't even think about checking the showers

The gas station is not a Husky, is ESSO. We stoped by to dumping the trailer and fill the propane.The dump station is hard to find (no clear identification) and there is no water to clean the tanks. I asked a few employees if they had to turn the water on and nobody knew how to answer it.
