Clayton (in the sales office) was very good to work with. He always had a knowledgeable answer for us, always accommodating. Cove has a great reputation in the industry which was confirmed by suppliers when we dealt with them. There is definitely a quality difference when comparing Cove’s condo properties to other properties. Now that we’ve moved into our condo we are even more pleased with the quality standards that were applied to this building.

Not only he explained the details of building as well as letting us measure the unit a few times before we took possession so we could plan ahead of moving. We have been dealing with Clayton Mah for this last month with the investigation of the suite at the Pinnacle at Kincora, through our purchase and the many questions we ask regarding the logistics of the move and information about the suite to coordinate prior.Clayton is professional, prompt in replies and very knowledgeable.
