Elite Pool and Spa Service
Tried giving elite all of my pool business, but after a few interactions I got tired of being given false information and their high prices. Ie: they charge $25 for a bag of salt. When I asked them why their salt is $25 and Lowes, Canadian tire sell it for $7.49 they advised their salt is pure and the others are full of fillers. I contacted sift and their salt is pure salt with no fillers. My pool heater blew up. I needed a new heat exchanger. They advised it wasn't available. They said they could install a new heater for $5400 plus, plus. 2 phone calls later I had a heat exchanger purchased for $1096. Nice people but I just don't think they get it.

Called for info , was having a conversation when its was rudely ended cause a delivery had showed up and the phone was handed off to a new individual with no idea of my inquires. Go somewhere else that has time for the customer.

They are very knowledgeable about pools. They did a great job fixing my pool and did it in a timely manner.
