I had a nasty experience in this shop on Friday this week. The cashier at the counter was so rude and even suggested that if I didn't like his behaviour I could then patronise another shop. What an arrogant and undiplomatic teller boy you have in the shop. Please wake up to CR and follow basic decency.Over to you owner/manager.

Beware.Went for a car wash last night. Asked to purchase the second level car wash but the attendant at the time (UMANG) suggested I get the ultimate one because it’s the “best” one. Paid $15.85 for it. Went through the car wash , when I proceeded after the wheel wash it usually starts with a water rinse first but there was NO water rinse just straight to the soap. After the soap there is supposed to be TWO water rinses to wash off the soap but there was only one. Even when you purchase the second level car wash it’s supposed to give you a water rinse before soap and two after the soap.Went back inside and tried to report the problem but was given no solution and told by UMANG and SAMIR to return this morning to meet DIPANSHU the manager. They are dishonest and crooked. Even when Umang was responding you can tell he was making excuses. Called to ask to speak to DIPANSHU and was told by a lady that dipanshu comes only during the weekdays.They give you the run around and no one wants to help when there is a problem. No integrity and no principles. Will escalate to head office and will make sure everyone knows their dishonest practices. No clue what customer service is and take no accounts for issues, and do not care to address customer concerns. We pay for the services and it should be rendered properly. Disgrace.

This lady in the coustomer service, not focusing well. She trade the coustomer nice. But she taking to herself, doing other thing. When I font off her. I need pay the gass, and I need a 2 dollars lota Max.

Last night I bought 3 packs of cigarettes from Shell Markham and Lawrence Av E I ask for the Marlboro original but they give me Marlboro full and today seal person said we can't exchange it and also we don't give a refund. They give me the wrong item and doing th their excuses

I like esso better. Set up better and tummies not far...right inside.

Went for a car wash today and the wash system didn’t work after entering the code. Attendant (Anton2) was rude and unhelpful and refused to give a refund or a new code, even though my car was as dirty leaving the wash area as it was when I entered. I’m now out $20 due to a system issue. I’ve used this station for years for car washes and for gas but I won’t again. Very poor and unhelpful customer service/staff. Avoid the Markham and Lawrence Shell like the plague!

Been coming to this location for 2 years now and this cashier his number on receipt is#2 anton today was horrible, rude and then after I spent 100 bucks and got in line for car wash I realized he deleted ultimate car wash then couldn't understand him from speaker I had to go argue for my car wash as he was in denial? Then waited in line again!!!

Today, I had a worst experience from this shell location. An associate named Mitul was very rude towards me and my friend because we had experienced a car wash problem yesterday and we' ve been told that we will get a rewash today because it was the problem with the machine. But the very next day this guy was not responding to our issue and he was not calling his supervisor to solve the issue. I never had such an experience from a shell employee.!!!Wont Come here again.!!!The issue has been finally fixed by the manager. Just posting the review because of the pathetic customer service provided by the associate.

I put $10 in my car and it was on E and then I left and I will still on E NOT ONE BAR MOVED I DON’T EVEN RECOMMEND.SCAMED

Great location with amazing service . Price are right and service is top notch . I personally even know the owner very helpful and friendly person . He trains and keeps his staff well .
