Dr. Odai was amazing with my daughter - very patient and kind with his consult. She did not need a root canal for now but he took the time to explain everything in a way she would understand. Very warm and compassionate. Front line staff was excellent as well. Thank you Dr. Odai & team!

Excellent place. I'm a little baby when it comes to all things dentistry but Mike Thompson and the team overall were great. They made it a real breeze for my nervous butt.

The worse place ever. I came here for a root canal treatment and paid 1800$ and he totally screw my tooth up. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Horrible, stay away. If I could give 0 I would.

After my consultation I was still unsure how I was feeling about root canals. The office was very clean and they staff were great. I came in for my root canal today and it went better than I had expected. Dr John was so fast and through, they took X-rays in the beginning and the middle and after the root canal. I walked out of the office and went to work right away. I was fine all day and you wouldn’t have known I had a root canal. I would definitely come back here again. They are amazing here.

First root canal, and i was a little nervous. The confidence and gentle demeanor of Dr. Odai helped immensely, and all the staff were helpful and capable. I felt no pain!

I got a referral to this office for a possible root canal procedure on July 21 from my dentist, but up to today July 26 (Mon) when I call this office, the referral was still sitting under their desk. The person responsible for booking appointments told me that I have to wait for their call for the next possible appointment in August, I cannot jump the waiting queue although I was suffering great pain during the nights. She said she can't understand why I was upset even though after the referral was not look at after 5 days sitting in their office and it wasn't her fault, she doesn't care if I go somewhere else for my treatment.Tak Wong

My regular dentist said I needed root canal treatment. As someone with severe medical anxiety and who faints in medical scenarios, I requested a specialist who could put me under so that I would be asleep during the procedure.I was referred to Capital Endodontics. I was feeling comfortable and confident after my initial consultation. I did ask if I needed to be taking antibiotics to reduce infection until the day of my procedure, but I was told that there was no point since “there isn’t enough blood flow to the area for antibiotics to do anything”. Sure enough, when I called to say the pain had worsened, they prescribed antibiotics. The information the office was giving me continued to contradict what they’d told me prior.10 minutes before my procedure, I was informed I would only be “asleep for about 10 minutes and then awake but drugged for the rest”. I paid $700+ to avoid the anxiety of being awake during the procedure, and was awake anyways. I woke up in a panic attack as there was a mirror above my head so I could see exactly what they were doing. Had I known I would’ve been awake regardless, I would have had the procedure done at my regular dentist with nitrous oxide.I am now out $2000+, and entirely traumatized. Their communication is very poor, and I would not recommend this office.

Just finished my consultation with Dr.Thompson. His professionalism, manners and sense of humour was great. He is a first class person right from the start. The staff here were outstanding. Highly recommend Capital Endodontics and Dr.Thompson.
