Waste of time.. they do nothing

I was unhappy about the waiting area which got overcrowded. Not much ventilation, there were signs up to mask up also some available. But more than half the clients didn't bother.The great service make up for it. Genuine empathy shown and information given. I liked the fact that I was able to speak privately in a room, yet communicate through Microsoft team.Would have given 5 stars but for the waiting area.

Shameless services they leave people worst off then before they see any one there .Irma who advised told me they wouldn't give solister I'm disabled in need told me to to go to crisis line they don't rehouse people they give advice they give the wrong advice .Mananangment you should be ashamed of your services you leave people worst I'm reporting your services.shame on you.

I got a food bank voucher and an appointment to go to Walworth road after waiting 4 hours. Why am I being given a second appointment when it could be advised on there and then? I was told the wait would be 2 hours by reception but it was double this. The waiting room is awful and tv doesn’t really work. It’s not clear what the appointment is actually for at Walworth Road and I’m still clueless as to how they can help. I could have gotten a food bank voucher without waiting 4 hours so to say I’m a little disappointed in the service is putting it mildly. It was also terrible that some were not going forward when their number was called and instead of putting them to the back of the queue they went to the top of the list the next time round. Crazy!!

No answer anytime I try and call to speak with an advisor

Any problem fFinancial or if you have a dispute with credit or basically if you need a food bank they will put you in the right direction or if you need some financial assistance these are the people to go and see

No help spend all time on phone waiting or been talked to by robot absolutely useless whats the point of them ?

Very cramped inside, radiator was on full on a hot summer day, think they do it to make people give up and go home perhaps. Issues get sorted most of the time which is what matters most.

Very good customer service, they listen with a smile, advice eloquently, are patient you'll you understand, ask you if you have any other questions. When you leave, you feel better, I found it therapeutic.Very nice experience. Will definetly go back again.
