Urgent Care Imaging - X-Ray - Canadian Diagnostic Network

I had two pregnancy ultrasounds done here. It is my first pregnancy so I was anxious. The front desk staff is extremely upbeat and friendly. The clinic is a bit small, however I never had to wait long. My ultrasound technician was so amazing. I will get her name and update the review because she was extremely comforting and informative. She went above and beyond to help me with what to expect in my pregnancy and upcoming scans. Thank you so much for helping me get my NT scan appointment in Kanata as well! I really appreciate the kindness especially in the current state of the health care industry and dueing my first pregnancy. ❤️

Nurses here could be more polite. They come across as rude and dismissive and they cut off patients while talking.

Terrible service. They make you wait even after you've been waiting just because the person next door was waiting, next door. They get to go ahead of you. They are there knowing they'll probably be there for a while, while I was there for an hour just getting pushed behind everyone next door, one after the other.One star, no accessibility or fairness for everyone at all. Just ignored, like I don't matter and I'm not even there or something. Yet those next door know they're possibly going to be the there for a while. So their solution is to just, not take into accountability those who have already been waiting just to let someone from next door, keep going ahead, over and over just cause they were next door totally ignoring the walkin xray person not accounting how long theyve been waiting for an xray, whatsoever.

Terrible service. They won’t accept appointments for X-Rays but will accept appointments for anything else!!! I came here yesterday at 2:00pm and was told they’re over capacity and I was told to come back the next day (today) at 8:30 or 9:00am. I am here now it’s 10:30 am and they are still not accepting x ray patients until 11:00am. I was deceived by the receptionist. They won’t let me make a formal complaint??? This place is so unorganized!!

My daughter scheduled an appointment for an ultrasound and xray approximately two weeks in advance. She recieves a confirmation email that her appointment is confirmed. She arrives on time only to have some unbelievably rude receptionist who should not be working there, tell her there is no appointment scheduled for her and there is nothing she can do. I don't care what the health care situation is right now. There is no excuse for rudeness. If you don't like working there, get another job. And get your scheduling together. What an absolute disgrace!

The imaging office is fast, organized and thorough.The portal access is so convenient. You can view the images and they are practical if you need to go to hospital.The receptionist is super kind. She greets everyone kindly, very upbeat, communicative. She speaks loudly so it's easy to hear, even with a mask on.The staff is efficient, knowledgable and good with kids.Call ahead, bring your mask and smile.

Their system for booking appointments is so astonishingly bad that it's laughable. I have called and attempted to wait 4 times now in the past two weeks, but when the wait time is always 40+ minutes AND the system feels the need to tell you EVERY 30 seconds your place in line and wait time, all while having to listen to a radio with bad reception... You're better off hanging up than losing your mind over that nonsense. It will at some point ask you if you'd like a call back instead, but if you leave your information with them, there's a chance (a good one in my experience) that they will not call you back at all despite saying they will in 24-48 hours. I'm still waiting... Two weeks later. I have given up on their phone line and used their online form now. Perhaps that will result in better service. Why you can't just simply call the individual location you wish to be seen at is a real wonder, as then we wouldn't have to wait alongside the entire city to be seen at one location when there's a good chance everyone in front of us wants to be seen somewhere else entirely.

When I got here, I was told I would be the next one after a waiting woman, then they sent in 7, 8 people after me, when I asked they told me the people sent by urgent care have prioroty, and show me the note on the wall (see photo below), to me this note means they can do whatever they want on the order, eh? in the end 2 hours solid waiting, but i was told i could wait for the whole day until no one was sent by urgent care, very very disappointed, what would you think?
