I just wanted to tell the entire staff that they are amazing. While getting lunch they were delt with some very belligerent folks. They are probably suffering like many places with lack of staff but are still smiling and upbeat. They are human. Its a reminder to folks to just be kind to one another. ✨️ you never know what someone is going through.

Food is horrible quality here.Ordered 2 crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps. Both were cold, old, dry and not grilled long enough or made/folded properly.Chilli was hot but only half filled and had the consistency of dish water with a mixture of sink drain scraps.

For some reason this restaurant shows closed online after holidays… needs to be fixed.. asked people at the front.. but they always so we don’t know instead of informing manager and get it fixed and also they have no mobile order anymore that’s so inconvenient

food is always perfect! as well as the coffee which i don’t get made right at any other tims:/staff is always crazy friendly and they get everything out quick!

Coffee is over priced along w everything else, and it's not fresh like it used to be. I don't know how many times my order was wrong.

I spent a few weeks working in SJ recently.This Tim Hortons was quick every morning and coffee/food served with a smile. I appreciated the friendly and quick service. Keep up the good work Team!!!!

This place is getting worse. The staff are great. But they no longer carry cheese biscuits. Bring them back. Give the staff a raise!

Inside the mall Tim Hortons a lot of seats . Kind of busy at lunch time. Emploees are nice and friendly but they got my order wrong about 3 times. Good for groups and alone but not calm since it's inside the shopping mall.

Standard Tims with the usual fair. There is no drive through at this location. On my visit I ordered the staple: Medium double-double. I received 2 milk no sugar. There were no other customers in the store and it was dead. Not sure how you mess that order up. It forced me to go back to the store to get it corrected.

Jane who was in charge at this location during a shift has extreme poor Customer Service and should not be in a position to be in charge of anything.
