Hit a pothole and needed my rim fixed in a hurry. I called and they said they were super busy but they would see what they could do for me. Within a few hours, they had finished the job and they stayed longer than their business hours to ensure their clients were happy.Great customer service on the food but even greater in person. Definitely consider this business if you need your rims or wheels serviced!

I called Wheel Fix-It on a Friday, and they squeezed me in that morning. I think whoever answered could tell from my voice that I was desperate for help, which I was.The staff were so amazing. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years, and always appreciate good service. This was probably the best car service I’ve ever had! Even though they were busy, they still made the effort to make friendly conversation, joke around and make me feel welcome. They even let me catch up on some of my paperwork in the office while I waited.It was fixed in about half an hour. I was quoted $280 before tax to get new rims at Canadian tire, and this service was less than $100.Driving is 99% of my job. I had a full day of 6 meetings in all ends of the city that I needed to attend as well as a trip to Beren’s River Monday that I couldn’t miss. They truly did me a solid!I had such a great experience, customer service was top notch and my car is perfect.Thank you! 10/10

Friendly staff, prompt service( got a call within less than an hour after dropping rim off) great price. Shout out to Sean - owner.As you can see, if it wasn't for paint, you would be able tell the rim had damage.
