They are dishonest. Claimed I owe double what I actually did, after I paid the larger of the two amounts they still filed a collection against my account and screwed up my credit score

Not worth paying. I forgot to pay the closing balance when I terminated my Eastlink account. It went to PRS, but I was never contacted and I paid the balance directly to Eastlink. Now my credit report shows a collection that is unpaid, no updates. No contact from PRS. No response from PRS. Nothing. They're damaging my credit rating through negligence after I've taken the appropriate steps to fix the situation. Judging by the rest of the comments, I'd say the words class action are in PRS' future.

Saw their name pop up on my credit report...turns out they deal with Eastlink's unpaid account. Its legit, my mistake. People were super nice and helpful over the phone. Was really quick too, didnt have to wait at all!

I just spoke with Brent and he is an angel. I spoke to him about a situation and he fix it right away. I broke down in tears right way on the phone telling him thank you. God bless you Brent. As you've helped a greiving mother God will help you back.

This place is actually not even worth paying, Ive called multiple times to confirm my payment was received and they acknowledge that it was and say they will make a note" to have it reported paid and it's been over 6 months still on my credit. Save yourself the money and just keep it cause they aren't going to report it paid anyway. 1 star is tongood for these people."
