Super friendly staff. GREAT service! Alexandre was incredibly knowledgeable. They carry a wide range of coffee machines. They even made us taste some of the coffee to see the difference between coffee machine brands. We are happy with our coffee machine . Merci Alexandre:)

Worst customer Service!I have been calling the store for 3 days straight now and never has anyone chosen to pick up the telephone. I called at every hour for 3 days. I will drive an hour further to get my coffee needs met.

I took my ailing 8 year old Delonghi Magnifica to Boutique Chapman, as the official site gave this as the closest place.We dropped off the machine at 9.30am and got a call at lunch to say it was ready. It needed a new pump and a flush out. It was a very reasonable cost to repair.JP was very good to deal with, as were the other staff when we picked the machine back up.JP even left some coffee beans in the hopper and we tried it when we got home.I hope to get another few years from this machine, and will be buying our next one from this company.

I ordered my central vacuum hose on line and it was delivered 3 hrs later. The guy apparently lives near us! Couldn't ask for anything more. Super pleased with our local business.

I came here for parts to service my central vac. This place is great for its service and also because its usually the same or similar in price as what you'll find online.

We experienced a very poor, one star customer service from the owner and their staff after asking them to return an espresso/coffee maker that we purchased just a few days ago that was well over $600 CDN. The owner was extremely rude, condescending and incompetent as he started raising his voice at me in front of my family.. he demanded an explanation as to why we wanted to return the coffee machine, and after giving him the honest reason that the coffee machine seemed poor in quality & craftsmanship, he denied that the coffee machine is faulty and stated that he has to deduct 15% from the original price for a refund as we used the machine. I told him repeatedly to resolve this issue amicably and he kept citing the 'Quebec law' as if the customers are ignorant. This place needs some training on how to run a successful business, and I would STRONGLY advise others to buy their espresso machines through a bigger corp like Amazon or Best Buy etc. Not worth your time or money!
