Booster Juice

First time I came here, it was supposed to be open at 8am. It was 8:13 and the girl still didnt open the doors up. I asked her what time are you guys open"

The dude there gave me a watery booster juice with barely any flavour and no ice inside.

Excellent location! Always very satisfied! Staff are friendly, work fast and are always really helpful. They remember what I get so if they see me in line, they always make it ahead of time. To all the people who posted negative reviews, PLEASE! You're not as ENTITLED as you think you are. Posting an awful review over 1 SMALL incident rather than talking to management or even head office, is unacceptable. Go take your problems somewhere else because they probably don't want to see you little babies back there anyway.

I live booster juice.. I'd drink one everyday if I had one near my home.. I got the protein one with the energy booster and it was the pomegranate one that had raspberries, cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, bananas and vanilla yougart...it was by far One of the best combination of fruit smoothie I had in awhile. Except I was in such a rush 2 get home and ended up leaving my full smoothie on the counter at the smoke shop in city centre when I rushed out 2 the 9 northgate

Absolutely terrible service! I work in an office attached to City Center and noticed that Booster Juice had a 1/2 special on any regular sized smoothie Monday-Friday from 7am-8am. I arrived this morning at 6:58am and waited for them to open. At 7:05am an employee walked in, not acknowledging us at all, and went in to a room at the back of the store. I doubled checked to see what time they were open, and the website lists 7am. A minute or so later, a different employee came out, and we thought we were good to go. She left the store, not opening the sliding doors, walked right past us without saying a word, and went out side to smoke AFTER the store was supposed to be open! We called out to the other employee in the back asking if they would open, and she said they don't actually open until 7:10am - which we all know is not true. When we told her the sign out front said 7am, she shrugged her shoulders at us and walked away. Super disappointing, and I hope that someone from management reads this and corrects their poor customer service problem. If something was wrong and they needed a few more minutes, all they had to do was ask us for our patience and it would have been no problem at all. But to see an employee walk past customers waiting patiently to go have a SMOKE rather than serving us is deplorable. Step it up, Booster Juice!

White trailer trash appear to work here. My two kids and I had the worst customer service experience at this location and will NEVER be back! Management needs to hire appropriate customer-oriented staff who are courteous and pleasant, not snarly rude little girls:(

I've come here countless times over several years. The staff are always exemplary. I don't know how Rachel manages the chaos, but it's always a joy to stop here when I'm able.Customer for life. - so long as the Breezy Banana stays on the menu ;)

Very slow service. 3min standing in line and my order not taken yet. Skinny lady just ignored the rest of the line and kept talking to lady behind her while making her order. Must be a VIP or something. Went out the line and went to Starbucks instead. Passed by here again and the people in line with me still there. Pity.

They can't seem to make my unbeatable taste like other booster juice does.

Came here during the Cariwest festival. Tess was a superstar considering how swamped she was. Absolutely amazing service!! Thanks again!
