The most amazing Greek village salad in Winnepeg, using only fresh organic ingredients. The Lamb chops are a 10/10 ,, just excellent !. The home made tzatziki hit the spot. Authentic Greek food close to ASSINIBOINE PARK. Amazing hosts. The place is a gem, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

I have no idea why or how this restaurant has so many stars/ such good ratings. We went based on the reviews and how misleading. So expensive , and for hardly any food. I could go on about packing ingredients and so much garlic u choke but I won't. Not friendly service either. I love Greek food and love to support local but Pappas is a big no

Had the Lamb Souvlaki dinner. Meat cooked to perfection. Some of the best lemon Rost potatoes I've had (and I'm Greek.It would have been nice to have ziziki.σε ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ

Had dinner here last night. Unfriendly server I think is the owner ( pretty sad) so over priced, and simple food. No feta in the GREEK salad. It was lettuce , tomatoes and 1 olive. They don’t even make their own fries, they are straight out of a bag. The carrots were good , but how can you screw up a carrot? Chicken souvlaki on special, was 3tiny pieces of chicken o a skewer. Husband had Greek ribs , nothing special. Paid $80 , feel so ripped off. Don’t bother coming here you will feel very disappointed ☹️ Don’t know how this place gets more than 1 star, must be family.

Stopped in without a reservation! We had a Meat Lovers pizza because our 15 yr old doesn't like vegetables on his pizza, a Greek salad, baklava, lemon pie and a Greek beer. They had three specials as well - fresh pickerel, souvlkia and pastitsio. Great food and serving personnel, ample parking (street and lot).

If you want authentic Greek food that is all fresh made ingredients, this is the place for you! We got the Pappas Platter for two and a pizza. The pizza was all fresh made ingredients, including the crust and sauce. It is a wonderful crust that is very thin and high-quality ingredientsEverything looked so appealing we had to dug in before remembering to take photos!The Pappas platter seems pricey on the front at $75 for two but don't let that dissuade you - it is really enough food for at least three including an amazing lemon-rice soup, an appetizer, spuvlaki, tsarziki, Greek ribs, spanikopita, Greek salad and more. And every element was exceptional, not a one was sub-par in any way.Despite being full we did order the lemon meringue pie and baklava. They were equally well made and wonderful as the meal - worth saving room for.I can not recommend this restaurant more highly - you will not be disappointed.

They’ve been here quite a few years. It’s a pleasant space, nearly perfect ambient light in waning daylight. Service is very good, prompt and unobtrusive. Good soup, sadly ordinary food. Like so many places offering Gyros, they used a commercial product I liken to glorified deli meat. A person should have reasonable expectations of spearing French fries off their plate without vegetable acrobatics happening because there are so many overcooked ones in the pile. Nothing to cheer for here for me.

Excellent Greek food with an unassuming atmosphere. My wife and I routinely get the chicken souvlaki and one chicken breast dinner and it is good every…single…time. The Avgelemono soup is the best I’ve ever had (to the point where I’m tempted to drink from the bowl) and it is the same consistency each time. This is what separates this restaurant from most, is the consistent quality and the excellent taste.
