I went for the Bronze package wash because I usually do the interior cleaning and maintenance myself. A lot of times I choose to wash my own car because self serve wash has a nasty brush, the touch less car wash are useless, and the Wash world belt cleaners damages the paint. It was hard for me to look for professional hands on wash and I found this store. Granted at first glance the building could hire someone to get a better colour choice and the name Detail'z' sounds cheesy. But I was super impressed when they did the 30min wash. Honestly they did a better job than I do at home. There's a window stain that I couldn't rub off but they managed to remove it. They are professionals after do please do yourself a favor and bring your car to them I'm really impressed with the pricing.

Hey there guys.......................I am looking forward to see you tomorrow with my “NEW” (previously used) 2009 Mercedes Benz S450 to get one of your awesome shine ups.A few years ago I brought in my 2008 Mercedes Benz C300 for a wash, wax and........ a CLAY BAR treatment. I could not believe the transformation of my car. It not only turned into a pearl but it turned peoples heads as well. Sooooooooo shiny.I was amazed what the clay bar can do to the paint. It lasted for years. I also keep the car in the underground garage.But I can greatly recommend the DETAILZ autospa.Demand the clay bar treatment for a few dollars more.Anyway.... I am a fan and looking forward to see my Benz transformed.Give the guys a call.MiCHAel... Day after....GREAT Job.

I bought the platinum package and they said they did their best. Seats are property vacumed, mirrors are not clean, I asked the guy about dust on dashboard and center console, he rudely replied buy detail package worth $169". Never go there"

Just used this service for the first time today. The owner is very nice and friendly. My car was cleaned perfectly at a great price. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service and price. I take my large pickup here and in less than an hour it is done.That was then.... this 'business' has changed owner or mgmt I bet!Policy changes here from Make a ressy to No ressy needed so I called yesterday to book. No answer on their business line, so I left a message to call me back. No call and they don't answer my calls so I went in this morning at 9 am. There was 1 (non talkative young boy) and he said I might get you in this afternoon. By now my wife had arrived to pick me up so I told her to go home and I am now washing my own truck.I understand it's hard to find good staff, it was proven to me at your store today! But it's a business, if you can't maintain your business then shut it down and quit inconveniencing people for no reason!!Like Don't promise what you can't deliver and be clear with your website and phones - Communicate with your clients.

Easy to reach on phone, good availability and drop off options. A bunch of good guys working to get cars in and out quickly.Also, there is a lot of space in the waiting area. Highly recommended for quick and cost effective car detailing in Surrey.

I have never had a bad experience there until the last time I went they did not even clean my consoles vacuum properly and was done in 15 minutes.
