Super friendly staff, the bikes were in excellent condition, looked fairly new. Affordable rates and it felt great to be able to contribute for a good cause. The biking routes were close by so it was an unforgettable experience!

Great service by Josh and the e-bikes were just perfect to go up Knox Mountain which right next to the bike rental spot.If you have a toddler, they have a baby carrier to rent that can be attached to your bike. It was a ton of fun for me and my family. Easily spent 2 hours going up the mountain and site seeing. Such a beautiful spot!

We visited Kelowna to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. I booked 2 mountain bikes online for me and my wife. We met Josh and the staff who provided us the bikes and gaves some instructions about the gear shifts. He and the other staff were friendly and courteous. My wife's bike perfectly fits her size and she had no problems riding it.We had an amazing experience riding through the Waterfront Park and back. As a visitor, we're glad that we found a bike rental near the place we want to ride and explore. There is also a parking area beside the shop which makes it convenient for visitors like us.I highly recommend this bike rental to visitors in the area who would want to explore the downtown Waterfront of Kelowna and the Okanagan as well.Thanks to Kelowna Bike and E-Bike Rentals!

Excellent service! The helmets, locks, repair kit and backpack were all included plus a map of the local trails. The bikes themselves were top notch quality and we enjoyed Kelowna's amazing cycling infrastructure. Definitely a 5 star experience : )

Amazing experience! 10/10. The staff was so friendly. First time in Kelowna and I’m glad to have experienced bike riding here. Knox mountain had the best views. Even better that the money is going to a very good cause.

The 2 young gentlemen and the lovely young lady were very helpful and accommodating to lil ole tourist me. They had a wide selection of bikes and I ended up using the pedal assisted bike. I had a great time! They are located in a perfect spot to be able to browse the town or go on a nice scenic bike trail. PLUS THE FUNDS GO TO CHARITY!!!! thank you!

Kelowna Bike rentals was able to accommodate our special needs. In our case, we used a recumbent tandem to get around Kelowna for a couple of days. The bikes were in good condition and the people helpful and friendly.
