The designs and finished products look great, the people building it all and installing it do wonderful jobs. However, it is massively overpriced and no respect is given by management and owners to those who do the job. One person after another is let go because management is having bad day. Such a high turnover rate and firing/letting go rate for a company that supposedly prides themselves on being all about family and helping everyone out.The attached photo pretty much says it all...

Poorly constructed, unsafe construction. Outdoor tables fell apart when kids stood on them, as they were only secured with small screws. No drainage so playground flooded during winter. Poor sight lines for playground supervision.

It's important that avid review readers know that many if not all of these reviewers have written such as a result of payouts and bribery. These reviews are a misrepresentation of the treatment that goes on within the company trailer walls. This company does not value honesty, morale, and the hard work of their employees but only personal gain and outsider image.

Look at a steel or plastic playground. You'll notice everything evenly spaced with no real challenge. Bienenstock playgrounds offer more. More thought from the student, more strategic planning and more engagement with the challenge of risky play.

Overtly expensive and maintenance and warranty do not go hand in hand. Expect to get replacement parts.
