Our experience has been great with these guys. We bought some crushed rock from them and they have much more to offer. They also have tons of rock slabs from all over the world for countertops etc. Very beautiful colouring

We have done many projects with Granite Mountain on a personal and business level and we have had excellent experiences every time. The customer service and the product is very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very friendly when i arrived to choose the stone, and they assisted me with finding elsewhere what they did not have on site.The scheduling was a problem because there was not sufficient notice given to allow for planning.for the installation. Eventually, I was able to get the full day notice I needed to make the necessary plans.The sink cut-out was done incorrectly, so another time had to be scheduled for the technicians to come back and finish the job. The counter was cut correctly the second time.When the technicians left, they pushed the stove back in place, but did not remove the moving pads I supplied from under the stove, front and back. There was a substantial space left between the granite counter and the glass stove top at the back of the stove. The technicians informed me that I would need to level that myself.I connected with Granite Mountain asking to have the pads removed as soon as I noticed that they were left on. I was told that they would be called and would come back that afternoon. No call, no technicians. I waited at home all afternoon. I received a call the next afternoon letting me know that they don't remove pads or level the stove.When I loaded my dishwasher with heavy pots, the dishwasher heaved out towards me from under the counter. I contracted a plumber right after the counters were installed, but only to put back the sinks because I was not informed that the dishwasher needed to be secured in place when the technicians installed the counters. When I connected with Granite Mountain about this, they said they don't secure dishwashers, but I did receive a call next day with an offer to remedy the issue. The technicians came a couple of days later and secured the dishwasher, saving me the cost of bringing the plumber back to do that.As Granite Mountain staff pointed out, my contract was through a kitchen cupboard supplier, not Granite Mountain. They informed me that I should have been told about what Granite mountain will not do as part of their contract. Fortunately, the kitchen company's terms of reference regarding appliances are very different. When i contacted them with my stove problem, they offered to remedy the issue, and that solved that situation for me.I realize I made an incorrect assumption thinking I had all the information I needed from Granite Mountain within the communication they emailed to me and also within the contract with the kitchen cupboard supplier, but my assumption was incorrect. Clearly, it is important to make no assumptions and check and double check the terms of reference even on a secondary contract to know everything that there is to know before doing business.

We had a quartz countertop installed recently. The quality, installation and communication was topnotch! I would highly recommend!

We bought a kitchen out of a house in Winnipeg that came complete with granite and we needed the existing granite cleaned up and cut to fit our smaller kitchen, as well we needed a new slab of granite for our center island. Easy as pie, anxiety free experience and a beautiful end result. You guys do great work. Thank you

A fantastic team! We work with Granite Mountain on many projects, and I cannot say enough good things about their staff and the work they do. Friendly, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable about stone product, installation, and much more.

The installers did a passable job of masking the templater's error. I was never asked if I was satisfied with the work. My first two countertops from GM were perfect; this one was just okay. On the plus side, the selection, display and organisation of the slabs is really nice, and the fabrication is top notch.

We had a small bathroom vanity quartz countertop installed. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to and came on time as scheduled. When the countertop was installed, the edge had horizontal ridges along its entire lenght rather than having it be smooth as glass like it had been in the show room. When I called to have it dealt with someone came to look at it and said its just how the machine does it and it doesn't get hand finished because it takes too long and nothing could be done to fix it. The staff is friendly but I feel very disappointed in the finish of the product since it was not to the quality of the showroom. Now we are left with a countertop we do not feel great about and no solution to rectify it . Really wanted to give a 5 star review on account of the friendly staff but so disappointed in our finished and seemingly rushed to produce product.
