Went for a bike rack but when I mentioned that another shop had a $100 lower price, the floor guy wanted to report that shop. They r here to get every penny out of you. Not at all interested in serving customer but reporting other shops doing less margin is their main target.

Quick service ans helpful staff. I bought my Thule bars last year and went back this year so they could reinstall and grease them. It was free, thanks to the service card they give upon purchase.

Very nice shop, knowledgeable and friendly staff, Answered all our questions with patience. Suggested best rack for our car.Shop is quite big easy to social distance and products are in display available to touch and check out unlike some other stores.They were out of stock for most items but the current market around entire Montreal is the same and everyone is out of stock.I got exactly what I was looking for.

I needed a roof rack to carry two 17 foot sea kayaks on top of our RAM Promaster camper van. It would have been easy, but our camper has a fiberglass pop-up tent. Several vehicle rack installers in the Ottawa/Gatineau area declined to do our installation, because they won't drill any holes that could cause a leak. Our van conversion manufacturer referred us to Rackultra Brossard, who had done rack installs for other owners of the same type van. The did the job in about an hour for a very reasonable price, even though we bought the Thule rack parts elsewhere. They have my business any time I need rack accessories in the future.

I have a Thule ski box 5 years old. The locks have gotten difficult to open and close. Even using silicon. Went to Rackultra and had the barrels changed. Great friendly service! Thank you!

Excellent cargo box repair service. My cargo box had one dent, I called and went on the same day, they did what they said, they repaired it professionally and the next day it was ready as good as new. It wasn’t expensive. Great job !

Went back a second time and this time around i had plenty of help and to see what is possible. Much better then the first time i was there. I guess it depends who is working that you will get good service or not.
